I know everyone wants perfectly flush mount but, I personally think the fact it protrudes a little is consistent with the jeep's quirkiness. To me, perfectly flush would be too generic. The do look good.
Dont forget to release the 3d printer file for the "accessory" cover!
Ive looked into this answer extensively. The tires that come on the gladiators dont fit most aftermarket rims of the same diameter. Most aftermarket 18" rims are 9.5" wide (the cool ones at least) The tires that come on the gladiator are good up to 9.0 rims......could they fit? Yes, but you...
what do you mean by not working? If I disconnect the battery in mine it always turns off the reverse camera. It will not engage automatically when I turn on reverse unless I go into the settings an reselect that option.
Just read an article talking about how the gladiator is not a car to buy used because they retain their value so well. Used ones are running only a couple thousand less than a comparable new.
Not the article I read but references similar/same info...
The advantage of plug in hybrid is the 50MPG. (Not battery only)
Dont buy 4xe for battery only. You will be disappointed. Though capable of this, not really what its meant for.
Do buy if you want a jeep with 50MPG and thus a tank that takes you almost 700 miles before refilling.
Do buy...
Neither The towing capacity nor the bed were specific reasons. Every truck has both of those. It was more the total package of being a jeep that has those things.
you had insurance. let them handle the whole thing. Geico is essentially going to make sure you get paid...either they write you/repair shop/dealer a check and go after the other guy themselves or they will deal directly with insurance provider of the other car and the check will come from...
I've seen a couple grills wrapped....Looks good and its like having Clear Bra (except its black). The upright face of the jeep makes it bug/rock chip prone.
OK....take my money.
my suggestion for the space would be purely for aesthetics.
take an image...a jeep, spartan, oracle logo (whatever). 3d print a replacement panel with the chosen image slightly raised and have the negative space light up with LED...maybe as part of the brake light...
Plug in hybrids.
1. Yes you can drive on battery alone. though a short distance can often be enough to use gasoline at all that day.....drop the kids off, come home, plug it back in, or drive to work and plug in there if needed.
2. The gas milage on a hybrid will frequently be near 50MPG...
They do look good. Is that the final design for the square in the middle? I know there was previously discussion about it since people without the sensors wont actually ever use that space....like placing a strove light or something if you dont have the sensors
Yes... ALL plug-in hybrid's can charge from the gas motor. I am not aware of a single plug-in hybrid on the market without this capability.
The only reason not to include a plug on a hybrid model now is to save cost
