what do you mean by not working? If I disconnect the battery in mine it always turns off the reverse camera. It will not engage automatically when I turn on reverse unless I go into the settings an reselect that option.

Just read an article talking about how the gladiator is not a car to buy used because they retain their value so well. Used ones are running only a couple thousand less than a comparable new. Not the article I read but references similar/same info...

Yes... ALL plug-in hybrid's can charge from the gas motor. I am not aware of a single plug-in hybrid on the market without this capability. The only reason not to include a plug on a hybrid model now is to save cost
