those are some expensive Sports.. I'd look at a Rubicon or Mojave for that $. This is coming from someone with a Max Tow Sport S.
EDIT, just now seeing it's a Diesel. Makes sense now, my bad.
Buddys 2020 3.6 automatic Rubicon with approx 70k miles.. He bought it with around 64k miles..
He said once or twice early on he had what he thought was a misfire. Then more recently (6 weeks ago) he had the engine light and a temp increase (overheated somewhat). They replaced the even...
most of it’s posted above
Was early Spring with 2k miles and I’d get more misfires. Never a cel. But cyliner 3 would be way more. The first pic temp was 50 degrees, light rain, and 2k miles on odo.
today was Summer hot, 92 degrees. 7400 miles, dry. very very few misfire. Which Is nice...
My subject line might be stated incorrectly. But curious, today is the first time in many months that I’ve hooked my Gladiator up to the Jscan. I was reading for misfires, and it seems way less than normal. Normally, I have many misfires of cylinder three in today none. I’ll post two examples...
Me too, why I'm loyal to them. They based insurance on cc's and not being sports.. $30ish a month on cbr600rr and r6. Less than $50 a month on a Duc 1098. full coverage. They also covered "track day" accidents!
Looks fantastic. Some have stated it eliminates rake. It does NOT. It takes out 1/2 of an inch or rake. To me, it is perfect as we still tow the boat, etc.. With 1.75 inch wheel spacers (Factory wheels) this SST kit, and the 35 Duratracs...... the best way to explain it is.... It looks...
If it’s what I think it is, it’s almost always easy to replicate it every several pulls of the brake lever. It’s the bracket, a quick, easy fix, but they’ll take care of for you. And they’re familiar with it because it’s been happening with the jeep since at least 2007.
I did with my max tow several weeks ago. 35x12.5 Goodyear Duratracs. I used 1.75 wheel spacers and had no rubbing on the street. Love the stance too.
Now, I have since added the ReadyLift SST 2.5 in the front and 2.0 in the rear. Honestly, it looks perfect to me..
Max Tow for me too.. It does it. More noticeable in interstate stop and go traffic scenarios..
I sorta think Max tows are the worst with it.. 4.10 gearing and smaller tires. With 35's and a JScan tire size change mine has been much improved shifting.
So, Get bigger tires! ;-)
