I believe it is mostly the same as the real ZF. Also, I agree that it seems more problems with the RE. Statistically however, MAny many more RE's are out there as there are few diesels. By percentage of failures to units sold it might be more equal... maybe..
Just the nature of this particular transmission. And very likely some "wonky" Jeep/Chrysler tuning..
An example.. I was driving from Atlanta to Destin the other day and traffic downtown ATL got crazy. Stop. Go. Gas hard. abrupt on/off throttle. Stop hard. etc... for a good 30 minutes...
I think I’m might be having the same transmission shifting issues. Eight speed automatic. It always has to do with fourth gear shifting into or out of. Almost feels like a little surge or something. Also, kind of feels like a misfire when it’s shifting But it’s the transmission, not the engine...
I've had over 32 bikes. THe r6's, especially2006, 2007, and 08's and newer are probably the best track bike I've ever had. Raced and tracked. Truthfully, all they need are new brake pads and they are gtg!
I'd say do it. They are more than just transportation...
As a last ditch thought/effort, I'd look to see if you can find a leftover 2022 ... You might can get new for roughly the same price. I got $9k off sticker. Sport S MAx Tow. With leds and more.
Yep, stuck the q-tips in exactly like they are bent, as a feeler guage of sorts.... And the worst was the rear. About 5/8 below the hole. Fluid did not seem as "oily" as motor oil IMO.
Also, should I go and get a plug with a magnet in it?
Almost 3000 miles and wanted to check my fluid levels. Rear was a little lower than the front as you can see in the pictures. Should I too them up or is this plenty?
also, shouldn’t the rear plug have a magnet?
I saw this several days ago, couldn't help but to laugh.... Probably watched it 7-8 times. Then I was like... what if it was someone's teenage daughter or child.. injuries... scared... etc... Crazy for sure.
A coworker said he read all were okay however...
I'm probably ordering the 35x12R17 Duratrac Monday. Stock wheels on a Max Tow with 1.75 wheel spacers..
Will do the 2.5 lift a few weeks after. Yours Should be fine.. Especially if you add spacers.
So many variables, and hard to say as this is somewhat vague---> "Mojave base price $50,250 Total price $64,355"
Without seeing the buyers order its hard to say.... are they slipping in warranty, GAP, maintenance, etc... what are dealer fees... etc... to get to the $64,355. What is MSRP?
First off... your rate is fantastic considering the term. Is the $64,355 the MSRP? In this market if the JT is a 2023 you should be able to get off anywhere (based on location and other variables, trim level, etc..) from $2k to $5k plus whatever factory rebates are offered.
Additionally, Go...
That stance on the 37's is perfect. Any side profile shots on the 37's???
I've got a Max Tow like you do... Thinking the SST 2.5, 37 inch KO2's, and factory wheels at first with 1.75 in wheel spacers...
Also, you still on the 4.10's aren't you?
I have a Sport Max Tow. I have a ReadyLift 2.5 SST kit I have not put on yet. Not 100%, but leaning towards KO2's in 37's.
Not interested in how the kit works for Rubicons/Mojaves..
For those with Sports... how is the rake? Does it look decent? What did the kit really measure out at on...
