7k miles and almost a year old. Zero issues except for the backup camera blue screen after the dealer had it. Fix was easy and documented in another post.
You can’t fit a full size bike in without taking the cover off or installing a secondary rack.
I like the cover’s security though. Makes for a nice safe place to put things.
I soldered the orange pins as a preventative measure against any wiggling around. I highly recommend you setup JScan if you are looking to avoid wasting a bunch of time triple checking things. There are 4 total settings that need to be changed on the computer and UConnect. 3 have nothing to do...
As I mentioned earlier, it’s also a very real possibility the dealer did it wrong. That was the case for me.
There are several settings that must be changed beyond just enabling in UConnect.
Summary:
I had a similar problem recently, blue screen and neither front/back camera would work. Doing as ERMedic777 suggested and throwing the truck into reverse before UConnect had a chance to start fixed it.
Full details in case this helps anyone else:

There are three auxiliary switch settings groups in JScan, I set each of them to what seemed to make sense, eg: 4 switch. Did you change all of those settings too?
Got the truck back from the dealer. charged me $80 and they managed to regress the installation.... I told the service guy that there isn’t an aux switches entry in the settings page anymore and the lights weren’t turning on. Their response: “it won’t turn on until I plug an accessory into it...
I added mine this weekend also. Tried using the Superchips programmer to enable them. No dice. The Aux switch option shows up in the UI now, but the switches do nothing. I do have a medium speed CAN bus error code, which I think is good since the switches are a CAN bus device.
Looks like time...
Double check that the raised edges on the bed caps and the seal along the back wall of the bed line up well with the DiamondBack. That + adding the spacers under the bed caps + re-adjusting the c-clamps for 6 months = the cover seems to have finally settled and is pretty darn waterproof.
Following up on previous post. I called Diamondback and shared photos. They mentioned that the bending problem is similar to something they’ve seen on Toyota Tundras (who knew?). They are sending me some shims to fit under between the cargo bars and bed cap. Will send pictures when they arrive...
So I didn’t get their coating. $300 for a exterior spray seemed a little crazy and I like projects.
After considering liners or powder coating, I Herculined it. Hunting season was starting so my timelines needed to be short.
Here is a picture of it un-coated.

I’ve had the HD on mine for about a month now and like it. The thing I don’t like is how the gladiator bed caps react to the mounting brackets. They are hollow and squish in. You can see in this picture that the middle piece is a bit crooked. I’ve been considering 3d printing something to fill...
