Got these before getting a set of dedicated snow wheels & tires for our CX-9. Traction on packed snow, ice & deep snow is fantastic. I'd estimate having only a few hundred miles on them, purchased them mid winter 1 season ago then took them back off for a San Antonio trip. I've had great...
I've been excited about these since I received them well over a month ago. They ship bare metal so a trip down to my local powder-coating shop and $80 later, I had them done in a fine textured black finish. I had to let them set for a bit while we headed down to TX and back but I finally picked...
Looking for a sarge green (ideally, but any color is fine) hard top to trade for my 12k mile black hard top currently on my 21' Willys.
If sarge green, I'll do $1,200 plus my top and help you swap them.
If any other color, I'll do $900 and help swap them.
My current top has been sound...
I'm running Falcon's 3.2 system which allows the ability to set compression and rebound to what they call soft and performance. I love the shocks and currently have them all set at soft. Falcon's soft is much tighter and more composed than OEM for comparison. That said, I've noticed with a load...
I was originally running AEV's 2" spacer lift which includes extended end links, bump stops, etc. After installing the winch and front bumper, I lost over an inch up front. I've been meaning to swap the spacers out for proper springs but have hemmed and hawed over which springs to get. I then...
:: UPDATE - The top liner is still fantastic but I wanted to add that it seems as though CoverKing treats some folks like annoyances. Read some of the responses from folks like @beachyetti who ordered one color, was sent another, then was told no returns. Their website is fresh out of 1995 and...
Howdy folks, I originally installed a set of 2" AEV spacers which have been great. Now that my bumper, winch, rack and RTT are on things have settled and I'd I've got more rake than I'd like and would love your thoughts on a sensible solution. I've bookmarked a handful of diesel dedicated...
Hello, a neighbor has an 8’4” x 10” aluminum worthington trailer that he’s used for his snowmobiles but has since gotten out of riding. The trailer is only a few years old and in great shape. It would cost me less than half of what I planned to pay for a much smaller general utility trailer but...
Just a few quick notes on the addition of an outlet up front on a sport (Willys in my case) bumper. The plug, from the factory, is routed on the passenger’s side but I keep my glady in our car port and wanted it on the drivers side. I had bookmarked this outlet based on a thread I stumbled upon...
I apologize for any redundancy in the info I'm posting. I'm in need of relocating my auxiliary battery on my diesel and wasn't able to find any photos or intel on the tray placement vs. the gasser. I knew, based on previously removing the wheel liner, the layout was different. The bad news is...
This box protrudes down below the battery tray, it appears to have some sort of foam baffling inside with a drain hole? It feels solid when I knock on it. Any ideas?
Its diesel specific for sure.
Is it wise to only drain water from the separator if the indicator light comes on? My gut (ignorant) tells me why not just drain it after every few tanks but I was unable to find any mention of incorporating that as part of one's routine.
Do those with diesel experience just wait until warned...
Pasting the actual listing content below but I wanted to mention that we'd be good at 17k for a forum member. I work from home so if you want to check it out, DM me, my availability is pretty flexible.
Overview:
This car has been an absolute joy. My brother and I are only the second owners...
Howdy folks, I've got a 21' Willys Diesel which comes equipped with the previous generation Rubicon red shocks (pic below). I'm loving my JT immensely. Just over a month ago I installed the following in rapid succession:
- AEV 2" spacer lift (included relo brackets, end links, shaft spacers...
I've been meaning to start logging a build thread. As winter approaches we've been spending as much time in the woods as possible. We absolutely love the truck. I've had my eyes on a Gladiator since launch. Previously we've owned a TJx2, JK and a JKU. Between the last JKU and Gladiator, we took...
Hadn’t seen many pics of the XL/Longs on and figured I’d post a few while commenting on the results.
A word of caution for diesel owners. I ended up having to cut an arch to clear the exhaust. I hit the cuts with Por15 then raptor lined them. I believe RokBlokz assumed they'd fit the diesel, or...
Noticed this today on my new Willys. Emailed my sales guy a pic to check on future incoming tops. This is on the rear main portion of the freedom top.
Looks precisely 10x worse in person, as if some kid was learning to rattle can paint.
Anyone have any idea what my options would be? Zero...
Learned this about the hardest way possible. The gladiator had a TPMS sensor change affecting all trucks built after June 5th.
The updated part number for units built after June 5th is #68339096AB. They are on backorder with over 400 on order in the northeast region and no ETA. Previous sensors...
I went in full well knowing that it wouldn't increase sound, I appreciate the cleaner/higher-clearance run and the reduced weight. I'm posting just a few bits of data that I was unable to get positive confirmation on prior to install.

We are in (and love) the Poconos. Everything outside of what can be had at a gas station is is a 1 hour round-trip minimum with 85% of that being on highway. We rarely see stop and go traffic outside of the seasonal eco-tourism in the town if we happen to get caught in it, which we are well...
