Its HMI is way outdated. It is unstable and not all settings stick. Map layers will, for example, turn off and move position.

Definitely get a diminution of value payout, plus I would not communicate with either insurance company directly. A reasonable lawyer doing the communication can make everything go much smoother for a fairly small amount of money. Ps. I am NOT a lawyer.
