No time to run out and take a picture, but I followed this post here for my install -

So may not apply to you as I have a Smittybilt Gen 3 XRC winch, but when I first connected the power, the fuse in the control box blew. So I would recommend opening the control box and checking to see if it has a fuse as well and is potentially blown. In my scenario, I replaced the fuse and all...
@XJADDICTION - Sorry to hear about the accident, I've passed by you at least a half dozen times, but never with time to stop and chat. I hope it works out for the best in this scenario.
Yep, I grew up here, lived in Mt. Juliet, Hendersonville, and now Nolensville all right around the Nashville...

Most folks work it out eventually, some of the younger crowd sees it right away.
The first three letters MOST everyone gets, then I see them pointing and thinking about each letter.
I rarely have to tell folks the full meaning.
My sport didn't come with fancy Rubicon on the side, but i wouldn't trade my name for anything. I get so many great comments and thumbs up and smiles from it.
Do it. You won't regret it.
For any who may wonder - What The F*** Did I Get Myself Into
I've said it on the trails too many times to...
Yes, sometimes this does work out really well. I scored both the Kenda deal (315s) and the Maxxis deal (37x13.5x17). Got 2 sets of 5 tires last year for around $1200 total. Turned around and sold the Kenda's for the same price I paid after running them for about 3K miles when I got the Maxxis.
Nice find. If it ends up being the mud hogs, that's a decent price for them.
I will say double check anything you end up getting, a quick look at the page has me concerned, as it lists two different tire sizes.
Let everyone know what ends up arriving!
This is basically it, I don't pull the knee cover, but I lean down into the floor board and kind of spin myself around so i can half way look up and reach up there and prayed. After the first time it got easier...
After the first time it got easier I said! That extension cable is awesome.
Fun at Windrock yesterday, fall foliage ride. Spent the day on easy trails, with a mixed group of Jeeps. Lots of fun, although air quality wasn't great between the smoke from local wild fires and the dust from lack of rain...
The Apex steering boost kit is not that bad of an install. Seems involved but I was able to do it over the course of 2 days (could have been 1). I tore it all down one day, put it back together the next day. I don't have years of experience or anything either, really just started doing some of...
I would say start with Snake, it's the easiest, some off camber and nice hill climbs and descents. If you are feeling good after that still, I'd head to Quartz Canyon, with your Willys having the LSD rear should be fine in the rock garden and I don't remember anything that a stock Jeep couldn't...
Just got back from Hot Springs ORV park and running the 4 badge trails there, in my opinion Quartz Canyon was a little bit of a let down, BOH app shows it as 5-6, I'd give it a 3. Snake is nothing big. Favorite trail of the 4 Badge trails was Fun Run.
Rubicon Ridge was a lot of fun, but the...
That's exactly what I want to know as well, don't think they've said an estimate yet. I may also intentionally wait until the second year to let the first round of bugs get worked out.
I fully intend to keep my gasser Gladiator for the long haul, that said... I also intend to buy one of the Recon's when they come out for a daily driver / around town ride.
