I don't know why anyone would take a jeep to the dealership for a oil change. Drain plug and filter a super easy to get to and the 3.6 takes 5qts even. The part that takes longest is waiting for the oil to stop draining into the pan.
If the trailer tires were out of the direct sunlight they should be OK if not I'd replace them before using the trailer. Most trailer tires are made in China
It's not just jeep... when I had my f150 all of the ford dealers in my area would make you wait weeks for warranty work and the work that they did was subpar at best
