(Yes, I am replying to myself...)
I can't do it. My Gladiator just has to be a manual. I will keep on waiting. It's better to do it right and wait than to lose patience and settle because I know I'd regret having two pedals.
I’m officially in talks with my dealer about just taking a black auto on the lot instead of waiting who knows how much longer on my manual Granite Crystal grey one. I just don’t want to miss any more of the summer and the auto is very nice for what it is.
I ordered a manual Sport S in Granite Crystal gray back on June 25th. Last Wed I was put into D1 and checked with Jeep chat just about everyday to see if it was moving forward in the build. Today I was told that I am back to D status. I called my dealer and confirmed it. My salesman says he has...
You may already know this, but you can search new inventory on Jeeps website. Using manual transmission as the only filter, there are a surprising amount of Sport S, Overland and Rubicon Gladiators that are done and have shipped out. They are mainly white Overlands, all spec’d the same right...
I have secured a stupid-cheap lease deal, so am jumping on it. I’m curious about what is common for mods and the amount that Jeep expects/allows for wheeling? I don’t plan on doing anything that won’t be undone and will not go rock crawling, but I plan on a leveling kit, wheels and tires and at...
I ordered my Granite Crystal Sport S on 6/24, got a VIN within a few days and am D1 as of today. Lord knows things SEEM to be moving quicker than some of you poor guys. I'd be pulling my hair out. Let's hope things move along now, as they are telling me I'm ready to be scheduled for production...
I spoke to Jeep chat today, for what its worth (and potentially not much, based on their track record) and was told that neither the manual trans or my Granite Crystal gray will slow anything down at this time.
Dayton, OH. Don't have mine yet, as I ordered it on Monday. I do have a VIN already, but the combo of manual trans and Granite Crystal gray don't make things promising for a lot of summer cruising this year.
