I would doubt it could be changed. Confirm with your dealer. Maybe he will let you change your order to a dealer inventory order and put in a new sold order for what you want.
You can ask him status or see if Jeep Chat will tell you the status code, often they won't. It will still be up to the dealer and factory if an order can be changed.
Crypto only tracks once the build has started. Since you ordered 3 weeks ago did your dealer give you a POC with Status Code or Priority Order fields filled out on it?
Most dealers have told their customers an order can't be changed once it is in D1 status. You'll have to check with your dealer on status, if the order system allows body colored fenders on that trim, and if the order can change.
If you mean Crypto or the Jeep databases it doesn't mean anything. These sources of info are historical reference and a proxy for approximate status. There are people driving around in their Jeeps and they don't show a build sheet or sticker. They are usually 1 to 5 days behind actual fact.
