  5. Removing closure panels from SPORT S front bumper?

I wonder if youd get 25 with them  theres a LOT of factors that go into mpg. My experiment seems to show that they make a quantifiable difference in mpg. What difference that is depends on the specific driver and their circumstances for me they made a real improvement in mpg. And some...
  6. Removing closure panels from SPORT S front bumper?

They improved my MPG when i put them back on. here is my data. I think they make a difference, and my wallet agrees. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/mpg-experiment.53810/ the experiment is ongoing, but the data certainly points to an improvement.

In the jeep app? I like that app but I swear it either hates me or just hates my jeeps. It just randomly logs me out all the time and then tells me my password is incorrect over and over
  8. Weight FYI

yea i guess it’s anecdotal. I just felt like my turning radius improved when i went back to 255s
  9. Help identifying accessory in bed of Gladiator

Here are some screenshots of my carfax app. It tracks a lot of data that any dealer can see, and also use if they buy the jeep from me. So it’s more than just accidents and basic repairs or recalls. Its really pretty cool once you fart around with their app. Any service you manually enter you...

?? Not sure what model haha all I know is I will happily profit from them immediately removing the tires i like and selling them on the cheap! Haha
  11. Help identifying accessory in bed of Gladiator

Yea. It definitely takes either shops input or voluntary user input to be useful. Thankfully I listened to that fella and it paid off. Im also fortunate that most local shops to me seem to enter data to carfax without me even needing to ask. Saves me from taking pics of the service records and...

Incorrect friend. carfax can track service records and other data likes sales dates and locations and such if the vehicle is pre owned. It can actually track a LOT of data. But the basics it does are accidents and repairs.
  13. Weight FYI

At this point I pretty much only use take off bronco 255/75/17 dueler ATs. Which thankfully are inexpensive and plentiful
  14. Weight FYI

I never had rub. Just that the Jt absolutely didn’t turn the same with the larger tires. Not nearly as tight as it does with 245 or 255s.
  15. Help identifying accessory in bed of Gladiator

I use the carfax app for my vehicles. I was told by an acquaintance in car sales that because shops use carfax, if you maintain a good carfax record you can use that as a bargaining point for selling. I successfully did this when we sold our grand Cherokee to carmax. I got them to add an extra...
  16. Weight FYI

I have a sport s max tow, so my stock was 245/75. My 255s are really close to that so close to the intended setup from the factory. by better i mean -better mpg -easier acceleration (not as sluggish under load) -smoother ride over all -improved turning radius -quieter Overall a more pleasant...
  17. Weight FYI

I wonder if thats a difference between 18s and 17s. I tow better on my 255s with a 115 load index than i did with my 285s that were E rated

  19. Rear Sway Bar Reinforcement

This is what I was wondering. Would we be able to make a simple cut or two to the heat shield to keep it in place with the bracket. or...may sound dumb...some JB weld a piece of it on to the bracket to maintain the coverage provided by the heat shield. Not sure exactly what it is there for, but...
