I'm thrifty so that sounds crazy high. This is where I would be at.
$2000 lift and install
$1500 tires
$1000 wheels
$120 mounting and balancing
Free alignment check at Firestone
$200 +/- if alignment needed
For myself I'd take the install price of the lift out of the equation.
I have been involved with forums for the better part of 20 years. Auto, collectible, home theater, tech, etc. I have seen things from being a member and a staff member. I used to be a super moderator and admin on a group of large tech forums.

I personally would not trust Walmart to install them. I went to my local AAA service center. Since they are one of Tire Rack's highly trusted installers I figured they would do a good job. They have different road hazard packages too.

Very nice!!! You may have sold me on these. I was debating on 35x10.5x17, 35x12.5x17, 315/70-17 and 255/85-17. But I really like exactly how my current 285/70-17 sit width-wise with stock wheels. Tiny bit of poke and just the right amount of wheel tuck inside the tire. Just wanted a bit taller...
The Goodyear Territory MT in 315/70-17 are pretty light for a 35. They come in at 52lbs. Same tires they are putting on the Bronco with the Sasquatch package.
Kenda Klever AT2s in a LT315/70-17 weigh 63lbs. I have AT2s in a different size and they are not loud at all.
