You can fit both 33s and 35s with no level kit. On 35s you won't have much space if you are off-roading. So if that is a concern you may want to do a level kit.

It is very popular around here. Some go a bit overboard with it. And some people use accent colors that do not compliment the main color.
Another big trend around here, which is annoying, is colored headlights and fog lights. Especially when they do red or blue. Illegal but they do it anyway.
Seems kinda silly to spend money on 33s if you already know you are going to go with 35s. Why not just run 35s on the stock wheels and then just add your new wheels when you do the lift.
