Make the A- hole who hit you make it right. I would want the body shop to check for frame and rear suspention damage you could have missed. It happened to me a few years ago, Guy's insurance co, paid for everything. 2012 Jeep Liberty, rear bumper, and a new hitch.
I fixed my seat on the Liberty with a nice piece of black duct tape that matched the so called leather perfect. Then a nice seat cover. I use seat covers up front anyway , I surf fish and paint oil paintings out side, so they help if I get sloppy. But the other members are right , times have...
There full of BS. You have a 3 year bumper to bumper 100%. Don't let dealer BS you. Call Chrysler customer service for the warranty repairs. They can't pick and choose what warranty work they want. A lot of dealers are scumbags dealers, not all. Just let them know your going after them. Good...
Standard Jeep seat tear. Every Jeep I ever had the seat tore in someplace. Mostly the top part after the threads part. Last one was a 2012 Liberty with leather seats it cracked after 2 years.
Steady highway driving I average 25 mpg. When driving the 4 mile round trip from home, work and back, I average 15/16. Combined driving where we vacation , I average 21 mpg. It's a 3.6 gas job, I'm happy with the mpg.
I wash and clean the outside and interior every two weeks. Then it gets a good spray wax put on it. Getting her ready for surf fishing I had at least 3 coats of wax on the body. Every time I come back from fishing the beach, she gets a undercarrage spray down.
I tried to rev my engine to 5,000 rpm in truck in park. Engine would only tach up to 3,000 rpm, but when I hit the passing gear the truck runs like a scalded dog on the highway. Then she tachs up the rpm.
Yeah, I have no lights, mine is quite with the hood down, I only hear it when I'm next to another car at a light. It sounds about what my old 3.7 sounded like, nothing loud. I was next to another JT at a parking lot, it sounded the same. Nothing loud, you really have to be listening for it...
Is it normal for the 3.6 on my 2023 JT to tick. I hear ticking from the engine when I'm sitting at a light with the windows down. My old 2012 Liberty had a 3.7 and they ticked when at idle. JT has only 2k on it. Other than that , no problems at all. Truck is a beast on the beach. I never had a...
That's what I use mine for, daily driver , osv surf fishing, and hunting. mine will never see rock climbing or real hard use. I'm 74 so I take it easy.
I was worried after I got my 2023 JT, after reading all the horror stories about them. But a forum member pointed out , there is a lot more happy JT owners than one's with problems. Like most forums you will only sometimes hear the rants about a problem. I also realized a lot of problems they...
I have a stock 2023 gas job JT Freedom. On a drive to the beach about 2.5 hrs At 65mph I get about 23mph to 25mph. Depends what I Have in the bed. Average around town with short trips ,I average about 18mph. It's better than the 2012 Jeep liberty, it was 14 in town, 21 hwy at it's best. I'm...
Just had my first oil and filter change today on Jeeps dime. They used 5 quarts of Pennzoil 0/20. It's a 2023 Glad. Had it changed at 1900 miles, now every 5 k.
