Has anyone noticed if you are actually getting better MPG's with the tonneau cover on like the manufacturers claim?

This is a sad but true statement. I have been in the Slingshot community for over 4 years now...and I watched it grow from less than 10K models sold globally to now just under 40K sold...and each year it becomes less and less likely I will keep my slingshot because the community that I started...

I started walking in to work today...turned around and looked at my JT...all black against the peaceful snow covered parking lot. Turned around...grabbed the phone and took a few photos. Put the phone back in the Jeep (work in a secure facility, no phones allowed)...smiled and walked in to work.

I guess the other question is...how much would you plan on changing the Rubi? I mean if you are going to strip it down and add new shocks and new wheels and new everything...couldn't you just start from a Sport or a Sport S and build it the way you want? I personally have never seen a reason...

I seem to get a good amount of wind noise over 70 mph...but all in all, a lot quieter than I expected for something that is part time open air.
