This group is a value of info... So thanks ahead of time.

Need some help on invoice pricing. The attached is window sticker on a Overland. Only thing missing on this is that i want is remote start. OUtside of that, this is everything I want. I currently drive a 2011 JKU Rubicon. How does the pricing on this Overland look? They are asking $49k online. How much room do you think I have to move with that pricing? Note this truck is also lifted I assume from photos with mopar 2" Window sticker and pic attached. What do you guys think? I did the build on spread sheet and coming up 52K.

Or should I build a Rubicon... What really is difference between the two?

That Overland should have remote start. I was told from my dealer that it comes on the cold weather package for the Overland. The 3 items that window sheet has that mine doesn't is the Leather seats, the safety package, and it has the color matched top. Mine was priced at $49,015. I was able to get mine down to $42k before taxes and all the regular stuff. I think they are asking a little much at $49k.

I went Overland because in reality...as much as I think in my head that I am going to trail every weekend...I won't. I needed something that would be 80% capable as a Rubi but was more every day. If you are going to trail on the weekends or crawl all the time, the Rubi might suit you more. For me...the price difference and bang for the buck pricing on the Overland made it a no brainer for me.

Yea, I only want the Rubicon for the stance/ suspension/wheels option. I actually hate the red badging/ dash etc. One of the reasons for the beige/grey interior that i am looking for, gets rid of that red dash.
I do not wheel at all on trails as its mostly mud around here in Georgia. I may trail ride, but wheeling in Tellico etc is way outside my needs these days. I mostly am looking for a tucked a way trout stream or a place to drop a kayak these days.
I am thinking its a little high, but thats list. If i could drive off for under that, it would make me happy.

I guess the other question is...how much would you plan on changing the Rubi? I mean if you are going to strip it down and add new shocks and new wheels and new everything...couldn't you just start from a Sport or a Sport S and build it the way you want? I personally have never seen a reason to start with the most expensive platform if you plan on changing everything about it. Now if you are looking to drive it off the lot and not worry about it with the exception of a few mods here and there...then yeah...the Rubi sounds like what you want.

Honestly, not much change on Rubi. I would add 37's probably, but thats about it. My JKU rubi now has leather, and to be honest, that and the solid color tops and fenders is only reason to pick a rubi now. I test Drove a sport S and was planety happy with it. Even got a quote on Full leather seat package (Heated and ventilated) for under 2k... so that is an option. This was already lifted with 37s ... just black. I have the Black top and fenders on my JKU and they fade like a mofo. Hence wanting the colored top/fenders. Gues i could fab my own or by aftermarket...

I haven’t heard of ventilated seats as an option yet. Do you know you gave you that info?
