    manufacturers can produce defective tires... my local tire shop tried to road force balance a defective bfg ko2 years ago... turns out 16 ounces couldnt balance defective tire. BFG honored it and replaced no charge.

    unless you deflect the center defrost, the outer edges of the windshield will not properly defrost and then your wipers will accumulate ice on outer edges making driving in snow/ slush an issue.

    sorry you had this experience. sounds like you are documenting it all in case need be. yeah, this is why I change my own oil ... never used the free oil changes. keep us posted
