  1. Hurricane disappointment - no Hurricane engine in the next three years

You're responding to math with emotion. Getting upset and claiming I don't have common sense doesn't change the numbers. The numbers take into account all of the factors mentioned. Nothing you said invalidates the fact that: $70s - $40s = $30 of room $70s - $50s = $20 of room
  2. Hurricane disappointment - no Hurricane engine in the next three years

A 5.7 Gladiator would be able to be a good bit cheaper than $70s starting. Water under the bridge at this point.
  3. Hurricane disappointment - no Hurricane engine in the next three years

That, along with the 5.7 being more affordable than the 392 in general.
  4. Hurricane disappointment - no Hurricane engine in the next three years

I would've rather had a 5.7 anyways. Or a naturally aspirated straight 6 that's serviceable without going to a dealer, and trustworthy after 100k. Or a pentastar that's actually geared correctly for it's output.
  5. ACT Gladiator Clutch/Promass flywheel installed

Awesome, thanks for posting the review. That sounds like exactly what I'm looking for, I will likely go this same route.
  6. Manual Transmission Recall 19A

I was wondering the same thing
  7. ACT Gladiator Clutch/Promass flywheel installed

Good info, curious to hear if anything changes after a few miles of break in. If the shorter pedal travel isn't an issue relative to the Centerforce hydraulics (sounds like it's not from your first impression), the. I could see that being a nice alternative being that no hydraulic modifications...
  8. Stellantis CEO: Earth Doesn't Have Enough Raw Material to Meet EV Demand

I wouldn't want everything riding on that premise.
  9. POLL: What level of Toplessness is your preference?

Doors on, soft top folded back with corners and back window off. And then my Shadeidea sun shade to keep the wind down just a bit.
  10. Stellantis CEO: Earth Doesn't Have Enough Raw Material to Meet EV Demand

It's funny to watch short sighted people jump on the Current Thing bandwagon without applying critical thinking.
  11. 11:51 What do you love about it?

Just put the soft top back on yesterday and took a shakedown drive in Safari Mode. No other truck on the market that can do that. Wish I had discovered this whole Jeep Thing years ago.
  12. Exhaust cut. Done.

I'm interested to hear the suitcase and rear resonator cut out together. I've heard removing the suitcase is a negligible sound difference, but curious to hear both removed. From everything Ive heard, the front res has to stay to reduce drone.
  13. Manual Sucks

Disagree. Eliminating all electric / electronic / software failure modes from the transmission is significant.
  14. Ford Losing Billions on EV’s

So, you haven't addressed your emotional bias yet. It sounds like you're angry or lashing out. I've never seen free thinking populists have the conversation you made up, and have never seen them "lash out" to control others (I see many on the opposite spectrum do that). Not sure who you're...
  15. Your thoughts???

Wow, I wouldn't have guessed necessarily that style of wheel would work on a Gladiator, but those look sharp. I need to go browse on there when it's time for 35's.
  16. Ford Losing Billions on EV’s

I've never heard any free-thinking populists / conservatives have that conversation (You could make up a similar themed conversation about other groups as well, to cast them in a negative light). The choosing of "Jimbo" and "Buck" for the names shows an emotional bias by you to make anyone...
  17. Ford Losing Billions on EV’s

Lazy argument to lump Breitbart with FNC as "conservative". FNC is fake controlled opposition (shuts down guests when they bring up a name or topic they don't want). Not going down the rabbit hole anymore on a Jeep forum, but dang, normies still gonna normie.
  18. Can't make up my mind!

A level spacer on the front doesn't affect the back of the truck in any way, and also doesn't affect forces on the suspension, front or back.
  19. Manual Sucks

But the reality is that you're now more dependent on software and silicon, instead of just a gearbox and hydraulics. That's fine if you're ok with it, I don't see how that results in less maintenance / failure modes, which is what I'm trying to reduce.
