You might consider using a Clayton Offroad adjustable rear track bar. It has a bend in place where the spare tire rides and is supposed to allow for a 37" spare to fit.

I took the factory suspension off my JTR 3.0L diesel at around 500 miles. It has been in storage because I travel for work. I also replaced the front and rear track bars, so the factory bars are included with this deal. They are in Springfield Missouri. I'm asking $400. Thank you.
