My shocks came in the mail yesterday, hoping to get them installed this evening :)

Given that these shocks are longer, do you think there will be any bumpstop extension required in order to not bottom out the shocks?

What is unique about your setup?

It seems like those racks stop short of the tailgate which would make it interesting to enclose. I wonder if something like the GFC Topper would work (I've been looking at them heavily). They're light, have fly open doors that I've seen people remove, and substantial load carrying capacity.

Bummer, seems I missed the shipment and they're not backordered everywhere. My wife hates the Rubicon Fox 2.0s, the floaty feeling is no good for people that get motion sickness. Might have to try some Rancho's and see if they'll do in the meantime since they have the money-back guarantee.

That's not normal. You're not flooring it are you? If there is low traction and high power applied, it can cause axle hop. I only ever experience it in deep snow with lots of throttle.

1.5mi is walking/biking distance. I'd probably do that unless it were really really nasty out. There's a saying "there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing".
