  1. Rugged Ridge Arcus

The eye hole is too close to the bumper so the head of the shackle pin hits it. A soft shackle fits just fine. There may be other shackle mounts that stick out further.
  2. Rugged Ridge Arcus

I used the holes for the goo I used the holes where the hoop mounts. The lights will be blocked by the tow hooks though if you keep them.
  3. Rugged Ridge Arcus

I like the Mopar version better too, but had planned on the Arcus being a stopgap until AEV released theirs...but then they decided to make it $2K!! (Not saying it's not worth it, I just want to do other things more!)
  4. Rugged Ridge Arcus

Here you go...only issue is a standard d-ring won't clear the bumper. A soft shackle works just fine. Other shackle mounts may extend further out.
  5. Rugged Ridge Arcus

No issues for me either. Haven't abused it offroad yet though. I would have preferred the Mopar but felt this was the next most OEM looking option. (My favorite still is the AEV but can't justify the cost just yet.) I installed shackle mounts on my Arcus instead of those huge tow hooks.
  6. Aux battery is still charging

Last weekend, I had my front fender liners replaced and asked the dealer to check the aux battery. They did and it checked out fine...they told me it may take up to 250 miles for the ESS to work.
  7. Where is Maximus-3 and its racking?? Helllooooo, McMaximus

Are there pics of the "aluminum plank cargo deck system"? Not sure what that is but it is an option. Thanks.
  8. Mojave backspace and offset help.

    Looks great...so does your Ridgie!!
  9. Flimsy Front Inner Fenders

Just got my front fender liners replaced under warranty. So much of my old ones were gone so I don't really recall if these are any thicker. Going to look into if I need to add more push pins/zip ties to keep them from flapping.
  10. Aux battery is still charging

Prior to the pandemic and subsequent working from home, my ESS operated just fine. Once I stopped daily driving and the Gladiator sat for several days before a short trip, the ESS stopped working. I had the aux battery replaced in December and everything was fine. I'm still working from home but...
  11. Trying to track down a clunk in the front end

As mentioned, check the swaybar end links. I've had a similar sound after installing my AEV lift that I just figured out today. It was a front end link.
  12. Build Recommendations

I just installed the AEV 2.5" Lift and am running 35s (already had them) but could easily run 37s. I've only had the lift for a couple days but it rides great.
  13. Clayton 2.5" Overland Lift Driveway Solo Install Review

Looks great! Don't feel bad...took me 11 hours to install my AEV 2.5" lift this past weekend and I'm still tired from it...not to mention my bloody knuckles! ?
  14. Finally got my Jeep! Day 2 / 250 miles - Is All this Normal?

Have you looked into this TSB yet? Worked for my steering wander. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/new-jt-gladiator-steering-issue-tsb-08-074-20-for-improved-steering-feel.33705/
  15. AEV DualSport 2.5 Install

    Cool, thanks for the reassurance!
  16. AEV DualSport 2.5 Install

@MCATDT did you torque the Front LCA to 190? That seemed really high (considering my fail with the rear swaybar end link) and also my torque wrench stopped at 150.
  17. AEV DualSport 2.5 Install

No, but the kit comes with a spacer for the DS.
