  1. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

I have the same caster, same toe. I’m running about 32pai cold on C rated 37’s. It drove better with the 2.5ā€ spacer lift than it does now with the 3.5ā€. I don’t get it
  2. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

I ended up trying out the RK 4 link. I was hoping it would alleviate some of my complaints with how my gladiator drives but unfortunately it didn’t not. I really wish I could find the words to describe it. It almost feels as if the sway bar is disconnected at certain times. Going down the...
  3. New York Metalcloak rocksport red shocks

Mine is gas. But I don’t believe Metalcloak specifies which so I assume they’d work on both.
  4. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

I’ve ordered from them a couple times and they also give me a call after to say thanks for the order and give me an update on shipping time. Only company that’s ever done that for me.
  5. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

As you lift a vehicle the track bar and drag link increase in angle, yes that’s well known. You want them parallel with the ground or as close to, to a certain extent (which after a lift is not possible without a relocation bracket for the track bar and flipping the drag link), you also want...
  6. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

You’re referencing fully drooped, no on drives around like that. They need to be the same angle at ride height to minimize bump steer. Hence why you use adjustable arms to… adjust them longer for the lift and bring them to a common angle. Mine is 9 degrees each at ride height. They’re perfectly...
  7. Learn Me Please. Triangulated 4 links.

Does the axle need to be removed to install? I assume not, I’m sure it’s easier though.
  8. New York Sold: Metalcloak rocksport red shocks

Looking to sell a full set of basically brand new Rocksport red shocks. No issues with them, they were on the jeep for about 500 miles. I found another deal I couldn’t pass up so I took these off. They’re $400 new for a set, asking $250 shipped to the lower 48. Also have a like new rocksport...
  9. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

The most common cause of bump steer is a track bar and drag link that aren’t properly aligned. Mine are properly aligned currently, if I raise the track bar they will not be any more.
  10. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

I typically do Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat in the gym. Other days are rest days. I typically get around 10k a day. Sometimes more or less. Shit, my 150lb 30 year old ass only ever maxed at 225for bench and I used to pull 435 for deadlift but screwed my back/hip area up so took a break from it… a long...
  11. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

I agree that the morning would probably be easier. I just like my lounge time then. Get up, have a cup of coffee etc.
  12. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

I’m running bilstein 5100’s that helped some. But it’s still far too annoying
  13. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

7-3 for me, but I get up at 4-4:30 for some me time haha. Gym after work, when I’m more awake and ready lol.
  14. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

Maybe the 4 link is the key. Have heard good things. But I’ve already put so much $$ into this thing šŸ˜‚ side note, aren’t you in CA? Get some sleep man!
  15. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

So I notice in my jeep when driving that I feel every uneven road surface. Like my head is rocking side to side a lot more than other vehicles. I feel like a bobble head. Also when driving down the road at decent speeds it feels like the jeep is moving around but it’s like it’s only the body as...
  16. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

I’m definitely light. The jeep is primarily a road warrior, usually empty with just me in it. The only additional weight over the factory steel bumpers is a winch up front.
  17. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

Gotcha , mine are 116 load range. Which is 2755lb per tire
  18. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

What’s the load range? Higher load range is going to equate to being able to run a lower pressure. D’s and E’s can be run at 30 or lower. The factory load range is C and door jam specifies 37psi. I’m still running a load range C but dropped to 32.
  19. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

To get the movement that bothers me it requires hitting some pretty big bumps/holes. No idea what stock is. It doesn’t look like it’s a super steep angle but I don’t have any way to know. It seems the main reason most places don’t recommend it until 4.5ā€ of lift is because of the reduction in...
  20. Can I improve the steering/driving experience any more?

Mine tracks straight. Definitely feel wind though
