Did you submerge the axles in water? It’s good practice to change diff fluid once forded water beyond the mid height of tire. What size tire are you running?
In my 2dr JK the passenger side seat folded then slid a little bit forward. DS just folds forward. My sons 8-14 got in and out but was tough for an adult to get back.
