Time for a cool down. Sales of new vehicles is tough enough with new stock inventory at historically record lows. Very unlikely that your dealer is intentionally trying to "rip you off". It is reality that vehicle order outs are changing (nearly) at weekly levels due to supply and demand issues...
The OP is not clear on some things. What year? Which Uconnect? Premium system? Is it under warranty?
Generally, there is not a "fix" that can be done at the consumer level. All is done at the dealer level as any diagnosis is by direct computer communications with Mopar starting with Starscan.
Mine does not have the tether. I rest it between the box and the cab when fueling up. I like the small dedicated key. I have it on the fob ring with my house key.
Ordered my JTM on 2/14. Took delivery from my dealer on 3/15. No spray-in bedliner, aux switch group, slush mats or hardtop headliner on purpose. Dealer told me that they might cause a delay. Ordered the LED package and it did not hold up my build.
Transport delay issues are a reality (rail &...
No spray in bedliner for me. I added a Dee Zee heavyweight 5/16" rubber bed mat to keep things in place and save on my knees. Then installed a Rugged Liner tailgate protector to be able to slide stuff on. Sidewall protection is not an issue for me. It's a truck.
Saved myself $400 in the...
My dealer told me the same thing (along with spray-in bedliner). Ordered mine on 2/14 without mats, bedliner and hardtop headliner. Took delivery from my dealer on 3/15. Went very, very fast. Added the Mopar headliner, Mopar slush mats and bed mat/t-gate liner myself.
Just installed my new KO2's last month after taking delivery of my '22 JTM. Stock LT285/70R17 size. Tire dealer inflated to 41 PSI on day one. Too much for me. Reduced to 36 PSI. Perfect in my opinion. Rides SO much better. I can't answer your long term treadwear question at this point as I have...
Ha! The day mine came two weeks ago, I checked all of the fuses at the block under the hood the minute it came off the transport. It must have been built on that guy's day off! All seated properly!
Welcome to the forum. I must agree (what has been already stated) the mileage has been killed by the changes made to the truck. Not that they get great MPG anyway. My bone stock 2022 Mojo gets 16 mpg. Still breaking it in but doubt it will increase much.
And I drive like an old lady born in the...
When you are ready to make the move, whether you choose the Rubi or Mojo, add the Desert-Does-It Seat Jackers. A simple milled aluminum block set that installs under the front seat frame to floor mounts. Added them to my JTM (along with a dead pedal) transformed my comfort to a level I didn't...
I did have that in mind when ordering. My dealer clued me in on options that were slowing builds down (at the time). Plus the fact that I can add so many things on my end without financing these items.
Key things I left out of my order was spray-in bedliner, hardtop headliner, class IV hitch and...
Exactly the same thing I did and would do again (except for the Gorilla glass which I wouldn't do). Lots of aftermarket choices with bedliners, tonneau covers, etc. that are as good or better than the factory stuff anyway.
I did not order the hardtop headliner as I will be adding it myself. My build order also stated "Headliner Parts Module" even though it was not ordered. If you don't see the option priced out on your window sticker, you won't get it.
I also have my doubts on the spray in bedliner if that...
