I know a few people with 336s and they all love them, though it depends on how you plan to use it. It's a great shooting gun and offers some advantages over the Winchester clones, mainly how it ejects. There has been a lot of praise for the 336 in terms of shooting and functionality. The current...
Just heard from my dealer. Delivery is scheduled for August 24th. That puts me at 2 months plus 1 day or 9 weeks.
I suppose i should wait untill i have the vehicle to start buying parts but ... I picked up a 2nd set of wheels to run dedicated summer and winter tires. Already have the winter...
Overland with leatehr seats, cold weather, LED, Technology, Nav, Aux switch group, hard tonneau cover, LSD, tow, package, Spray in bed liner, block heater.
I guess it's easier to say I didn't get the safety stuff adaptive cruise, BSD, etc. Have them in the fozzy and hate them. I don't take...
I talked with my agent about our incerases, The insurance refunds when covid started and there was a lage infulx of accidents for what ever reason. Around here it was attributed to higher speeds because of fewer cars on the road. Not sure what to believe though.
I pay every 6 months and have a different insurer so i've never had to deal with something like this. My rates have gone up easily 20% in the last 2 years though. I hate these games that companies play. They set everything up so the best rates go to those that shop around every year. Internet...
I guess I don't really know what the chips are effecting. Mine made it to final inspection and is waiting on accessories to be installed. You'd assume they'd finish building the vehicles that aren't waiting on chips, but again I don't really understand how their manufacturing layout works. I...
I reached out to Jeep Chat today and they confirmed my order is on the installing accessories stage. I did ask about chips and they were unable to tell me if my vehicle is effected. I was advised to check back in 1-2 weeks for a shipping estimate. I was quoted 10 weeks so it might make it within...
Wait the Gladiator is good off road? I just bought it because, convertible pickup! Well and it's also gonna make my friends & neighbors jealous....
I've driven Tundra's for work and when i test drove an Overland I was very surprised at how nice the ride was on bumpy city streets. I purposefully...
Have you looked to see if you can buy it locally? I've seen a LOT of reports of them being damaged in shipping. If i ever buy i'll pay the small bit extra to buy from a local shop and not have to deal with the damaged in shipping BS.
I bought a cover off craig's list for my Canyon that was...
Some have reported dealers not providing order infoirmation or denying orders. It's likely going to happen but a change from 12 hours ago is goign to take some time to trickle down.
From past experience (I've ordered a 2018 and got a 2019, or ordered a 2012 and got a 2013) when the model year...
Reached out to Jeep Chat today because i saw the headline about chip shortage effecting Wrangler and Gladiator production.

Oh man feel like i dodged a bullet. My order was moved to inspection in the last day or so. Delivery is still TBD but not having to wait for chips is nice.
Are TPMS inside the wheel? I'm trying to find some take off wheels to mount my winter tires on. A lot of take off's don't have TPMS. Seems expensive to unmount and remount tires just to swap over sensors.
Sorry for sound like a jerk but why didn't you just get a Rubicon? It seems like you modded your overland to close to Rubicon standards.
Any of you with large mud tires have troubles in winter? I find it hard to believe that large blocky tread is any good on ice and snow.
Not trying to disagree with a professional but if you work in a ford garage and 75% of the engines sold are ecoboost you are goign to see a LOT of them in your career. I do agree though ford has some big quality issues going on, it's not just with their engines though.
In theory a turbo smaller...
When the Focus started blowing head gaskets their solution was to detune the engine... such brilliant masterminds at ford. I have a strange feeling that's the same 2.3L turbo that is in the Bronco.
I don't really think there is a good answer to this question. You could always find a reason not to do something. Or you can always find a way to make something work that isn't perfect. I've made it to a lot of really remote places with my WRX 5" of ground clearance. Summer performance tires...
My wife makes fun of me a lot for taking part in "Car Cults" her words not mine. My Summer car is a WRX and i get waved to alot, I'm so-so at waving back. When i finally get the JT I'm going to try and get better at waving back. Odds are i'll start waving from the Forester and just confuse a lot...
