The ZF oil is good for the lifetime of the trans. At some point the old oil will cause the trans to fail, hence at the end of the trans life,,, LOL . Does anyone really know why the cams are failing? Bad oil or bad cam?

To do the flash I have to deal with the Tazer. then re do the Tazer. My Jeep dealer said that a re flash would not fix it. I wish the thing would just die. I hate waiting for the failure. My cold 3-4 shift is a real bump. I have looked and called several places and no one knows much about the ZF...

  17. Noticeable Clunk When Putting Jeep into Drive or Reverse and Occasionally While Driving

I got no CELs or codes. Dealer says there is no problem and this is all normal. He has not mentioned my warranty possible void due to many mods. I am at 28K so it will probably go a long time.
  18. Noticeable Clunk When Putting Jeep into Drive or Reverse and Occasionally While Driving

I hate to keep bringing this up but mine is still doing the hard cold shift into reverse in the morning and a weird shift from 3 to 4. All just one time when cold. As soon as it warms up a bit or has shifted a few times it's all good. But something is not right. I am sure I am not alone with this .
