I put mud terrains on my rubicon and it handles better on Ft Fisher and Ive never let the air out. To me they have better traction so long as you dont spin them to dig but those lugs are also what help pull you in the sand. Ive always been told AT tires are better but I'm not convinced of that...
They’ve barely made it to dealer lots. Ive yet to see one. You expect Ford to undercut the price? I think the price is reasonable for a specialty vehicle that it is.
Yeah I bought my ‘20 in May 2019. I dont expect anything new until 2023 like the 4xe or maybe a 392 Gladiator in Mojave trim or something. Possibly the addition of the Xtreme Recon to the Gladiator soon. I think the ‘22’s will be a lame carry over year with that pink being a new color choice.
I like what Ford did most with the doors. Its like you get full size and half doors all in one where Jeep you have to spend to get both and then theres the storage etc.
But you also have to calculate in the DEF cost and the $4000 premium you paid for the diesel over the gas. It really doesnt save anything unless you tow constantly and plan on keeping it like 100,000 miles. Tow rating is less. Diesel fuel in my area also cost more than gas too. Guess it just...
I pretty much love the wheel. Doesn't stick out far and gives it a much more sportier look over the stock wheel and tire. The Coopers are slightly louder than the Falken Wildpeaks but I never thought the Falkens were noisy at all. Who knows once I get some mileage on these though.
Hmm I really cant comment on that. Mine are 35x12.50r17 with no lift or spacers installed. Nothing hits or rubs yet. I haven't wheeled it much to really put it in an off camber situation but there is a lot of room between the tire and fender. I went with this wheel so that it would give the...
Seems like a lot of work for someone with a knife to just cut and get into the area if they want. Personally I think youre good with the tonneau cover closed. Most thiefs are opportunists that will take advantage of a grab and go situation. I leave stuff in the back of mine all the time with the...
Here is a video of the install of the JT floor mats. The JL will fit the front but the Gladiator has different rear ones to fit around the cargo box area.

It’s difficult to explain on here why it’s not 6% now but basically he’s digging into his holdback which is 3% off MSRP but equals about 4% below invoice when taken out the equation. He’s making his money off the $349 doc fee and spiffs from referring people via financing and maybe some other...
Get the body colored top. I’ve had both and the body colored is more durable. The basic black top scratches easier in my opinion, has a tendency to fade over time, get wax or something on it and it’s harder and shows where you tried to get it off. It just requires more maintenance than body...
The 3.6 has plenty of power to tow. You guys are just used to a V8 with low end torque not screaming like this 3.6 does to tow because it’s power is up higher in the rpm band. It’s normal and it’s not going to break the engine. Get used to it but it’s got enough grunt. Of course we always want...
Almost every truck towing test I’ve seen is around the same mpg range as the gladiators. 8-12 towing a heavier load. Doesn’t matter the size of truck. Your f550 probably didn’t get 17-22 mpg either when you weren’t towing so I guess it just matters where your priorities lie.
