Does anyone know if this is only an issue wit the 2020 models? I've gone through this and it seems everyone that is having an issue has a 2020 model. I don't have Facebook, so just curious if anyone has seen posts there with a 2021.
Any correlation with this happening in areas where it gets...
Dealer said they detailed it before I picked it up. Clearly it wasn't, which was ok with me. So I took it out and was easy (still in break in period), then spent 3hrs on the outside and inside. I need to wax it next weekend....
I went through mine before taking ownership. I've never been afraid to RTFM, and actually do somewhat enjoy doing. Certainly I skip parts that do not relate (warning BS, automatic transmission BS, etc..).
I think it's a good thing to at least go through when spending this amount of money. Not to...
I need to test again, but I think I did this tonight. I didn't have the 'alien encounter' tonight, and I turned off the headlights before opening the door. Might be ok moving forward as I don't really care to do the 'auto' headlight thing. I'm guessing maybe the first night from the dealer they...
I just took possession of my 2021 Gladiator Mojave. One thing I wasn't expecting is how insanely bright the dome lights are at night. I was poking around and found that if I adjust the instrument cluster lighting to the lowest position, the dome light won't turn on - which would be ok if I could...
This subject is very interesting for me as I'll be taking ownership of a Mojave here in the next day. Is there an article or some source of 'this is definitely what is going on here'? I kind of hate when people say "Jeep knows of this issue", what exactly is the issue? Not what happens, but what...
Imagine a Mo'jave diesel with a manual....
As for your question, really different vehicles and hard to decide for you. It kind of depends on where you want to spend the money. I love a diesel option, but for me it would be a $6000 increase and no manual......
Looks like the video was the beginning of the runs when you compare the tow truck. Just because it *can* go through 30" of water, doesn't mean you can take it at 20mph....
Only getting one side of the story here, need Paul Harvey on this one. Just because a truck has mud tires doesn't mean you can drive it through the Everglades and expect the manufacture to fix what broke afterwards. I think you need to get FCA and the two dealerships on a conference call.
I assume you also checked to see if disabling bluetooth only fixed it. Would be fine to disable bluetooth as a temp fix, but wifi is kind of annoying to remember enable/disabling every time....
In Minnesota a lot of places sold these 'tubes' of sand. I would generally get 2 and place them over the rear wheels. Obviously more is better for traction, but then you are chewing up a lot of mpg and bed space. Also, those were 'small' trucks (s10/ranger), so didn't want to weigh them down too...
I drove about 7 years in Northern Minnesnowta with 2wd trucks. Sand bags in the back, and don't go cheap on getting new tires. If you can, get another set of rims and run winter tires. Tires make such a huge difference and will give you confidence in driving in the snow. Even though you have...
