  1. media lid cover on dash

This is what I use. Has worked well for years. https://a.co/d/9uoyQlk https://a.co/d/is2bPsO
  2. Emissions Delete, Bye DPF, DEF, Cats Legal Again

No, what I wrote is correct. They cannot change the law and then prosecute you for doing what was legal at the time. The problem is the assumption that a refusal to enforce the laws makes the act legal.
  3. Who Re-valves Mojave Fox Shocks ???

The problem with the Mojave is it was designed as a high speed Desert Runner, not a weight carrier. If you want to use it in a different manner, you have to modify it to match your intended use. The FOX shocks it comes with are good, but are custom manufactured to Jeep specifications for the...
  4. Emissions Delete, Bye DPF, DEF, Cats Legal Again

They cannot prosecute you if the act was legal at the time it was done. They can refuse to renew registration until you return it to stock condition, or modify it to match current law. It depends on the laws of the state where the vehicle is registered.
  5. Another person needing help with an upgrade to the soundbar

I got the Terra Acoustic speakers for the dash. I plan to replace the small speakers in the sound bar with the set I originally bought for the dash. The sound is good enough that I can't justify any more than that.
  6. Tazer Mini

Unless you want any of the Tazer 'live' features, Jscan is a better option.
  7. Break in period oopsie.

I found that the ACC works quite well for varying the throttle during break-in.
  8. Mopar/Jeep deleted my service records

Mileage, fuel level, and remote starts are all working. Everything seems to be there, except for the message that the service records failed to load.
  9. Tazer and radio

I never had any issues with the extension cable. I purchased the ZAutomotive extension cable. There are clones available for less.
  10. Tazer and radio

The purpose of the extension cable is to bring the two security gateway connectors down below the dash so the security cables are easy to reach. You shove your hand up there and tear up your knuckles just the one time. Unplug the security cables from the gateway and then plug the extension...
  11. Transmission pan gasket, seal or no seal?

You want a good seal between the metal and the gasket. All surfaces should be clean with no foreign debris in-between. Do not coat the gasket with anything, unless the manufacturer instructions specify it as part of the process.
  12. Key lock gas cap

I bought this. It eliminated about 95% of the random pocket openings. The FOB only comes out of the pocket to unlock the gas cap. https://a.co/d/4AyvfD9
  13. Has anybody renewed their Jeep wave Membership ?

It depends on the dealer. Mine included a full inspection with printed results.
  14. Has anybody renewed their Jeep wave Membership ?

I was able to go to the dealer, without an appointment, and get the Wave Service completed and be gone within 90 minutes. Of course, not everyone has a dealer available they are comfortable with that can do that.
  15. Has anybody renewed their Jeep wave Membership ?

Compare the cost of the Wave Plan renewal with the price of separately paying for the services included. When I renewed with my previous truck, the Wave Plan was cheaper than just paying for the number of Oil changes included. Of course, you need a dealer that you are comfortable with to do...
  16. Shocked and Confused.

Stick with your stock Max Tow suspension until the shocks need replaced. They should be good for at least 50k miles. Since you already have the FOX shocks, put those on and see how they work (you may need four of the older style bolts). If you don't like the ride, get some Bilstein shocks or...
  17. Cheaper option to disable ESS

The free options usually result in a error light or message. All you have to do is disconnect the Aux Battery Negative cable. ESS will never activate since the Aux Battery will never pass the startup test. However, you will have the constant red A error symbol on the dash.
  18. Battery Voltage on the EVIC - All over the place

What you are seeing is normal behavior. Voltage will go higher during cold weather. I would recommend disconnecting the IBS to reset it, and giving the battery a full charge with a good AGM charger.
  19. 2024 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk, No Crank, No Start

Batteries are covered under the 3/36 warranty. Getting them replaced is no easy task. Jeep does not allow the dealer to make the decision. The batteries have to be charged and tested, and the results sent to Jeep for a decision.
