  1. Door lock button not working

No my doors have never been off. The aux battery has been acting up for over a year and has already been replaced once, about 1.5 years ago. My stop start has been off for several months. I've never had a main battery issue, I assume because I have a deep cycle battery. Is the wiring harness...
  2. Door lock button not working

Two days ago the power door lock buttons on my driver side door stopped working. The mirror buttons still work, the window rolls up and down, the driver door will lock with the fob or passenger side button but the driver buttons don't do anything. Last night while at work I could hear a...
  3. Missing fog light wires

That's what I was thinking. I found a harness like the one that must have gone with the Rubicon bumper when I sold it. Got it ordered. It connects on the passenger side then splits off to each fog light.
  4. Missing fog light wires

I went to install some new led fog lights today and the wiring from driver side is gone. When I bought the jeep I had the front bumper replaced with a steel Rubicon bumper and then later it was replaced with a different steel bumper that did not have fog lights. I also did not transfer the...
  5. We want to hear from you! - JeepCares

I'd like to see Jeep actually fix a problem on my Jeep instead of lying about it and leaving me hanging.
  6. Driveline issue...Jeep bouncing

They just said it looked fine. With the new axles and driveshaft installed, the jeep still bounced exactly the same. At that time, the jeep bounced at any speed over 25 mph. It was constant and got worse on concrete roads. Now that most of the weight has been removed, the bouncing starts...
  7. Driveline issue...Jeep bouncing

When the bouncing started the truck suspension was all stock, except for air bags to assist with the weight. I have always thought the entire rear axle assembly needed to be replaced, but Jeep refuses to do it. I have also never replaced the rear control arms, so I do wonder about them. I...
  8. Driveline issue...Jeep bouncing

They actually said the axle that they removed looked fine, but they replaced it anyway. They went through the entire rear end and could not find anything wrong, but they could definitely feel it bouncing. Just an update, the other day I was sitting on a bridge with traffic passing by in the...
  9. Driveline issue...Jeep bouncing

Yeah the dealership did that...we could see the driver side rear tire wobbling from across the room...the service manager agreed something is wrong...they replaced both rear axle shafts and the driveshaft...still did it...then the Jeep technician came in, said nothing was wrong and shut down...
  10. Driveline issue...Jeep bouncing

Lol...trust me it has definitely crossed my mind to run it off in the lake! I guess it's a good thing I moved away from the lake...I've had one ship suggest inspecting the frame and potentially welding in a support brace...that will be my next step
  11. Driveline issue...Jeep bouncing

No spacers...I'm running factory steel wheels...the other wheels used were factory alloy wheels...one set came directly off of a new Gladiator while at the dealership
  12. Driveline issue...Jeep bouncing

No...3 different sets of wheels...all terrains and highway tread...
  13. Driveline issue...Jeep bouncing

Mine has done it with 4 different sets of shocks, three sets of springs and about 6 sets of tires...less PSI and more weight on the truck made it worse, higher PSI and less weight made it better
  14. Driveline issue...Jeep bouncing

At one point mine bounced so hard it made me nauseous...and I never get nauseous...the dealership felt it and knew something was wrong but then the Jeep tech came in and said that there's nothing wrong with the truck and closed my case
  15. Control arms

I ordered the 2.5" ride right kit, but with 1.5" front springs instead of the springs that usually comes in that kit. This was the recommendation of Clayton. They suggested taller springs in the rear due to the amount of weight.
  16. Control arms

Let me get back to you in a week or so. I've recently discovered some other potential issues that may have been hindering the Clayton components from working properly. I'll be doing some suspension work next week to hopefully correct the issues.
  17. Usless Worthless Mods and Accessories (WTF?!? Thread)

Tires over 33 inches, lifts over 2.5 inches...
  18. Clayton 1.5" Ride Right Lift Kit lnstalled! Plus Fifteen52 Analog, Bestop tonneau cover, and Jeep bumper!

How does it ride with the Fox 2.0s? I'm about to add the same springs and shocks to mine
