Took the Gladiator on it's maiden off road voyage and got a wheel in the air lol. My buddies JLUR even lifted here. Was surprised there really wasn't much difference in flex between a disconnected Rubicon vs Mojave. And there was zero rubbing at full stuff.
Agreed it certainly clashes imo. I have neighbors with a snazzberry and stingray JLURs... I am a fan of bright colors but between these two I'd go with stingray.
The SSRs are the best all around tire I have owned on any truck/Jeep (and I have had a lot). I assume it could partially be because they are skinny. I live in the mountains in the PNW, so I routinely drive on slick wet roads, snow (+ the snowpocalypse of 2019 driving through snow to my frame...
I bought a different set of chrome center caps that were much cheaper and Gorilla locking lugs in black. The wheels and everything else I have I bought in matte black and I am glad I did. I just paint over the powdercoating and if they get scuffed it is easy to touch them up, which works pretty...
Certainly something I will consider...it was literally the next mod I was going to do on my JL before I decided to trade it :-) I plan to repaint my trail doors the darker bronze instead of the hammered copper but will likely maintain my old theme:

They are 35x10.5r17 Super Swamper SSR on solid steel wheels. Tires are a true 35"...
Can anyone measure the distance between the bed floor to the bottom of the X4S when closed? Really hoping my Yeti 65 will fit underneath it....
Cheers,

Yea true. This is my current deal compared to the deal I negotiated in October 2020 at the Idaho dealers that heavily discount (7.6% under invoice):
Sale price of Gladiator for current deal was $5k more than October deal for the exact same build. If I ordered it, the local dealer would have...
Yea I am curious how this will impact Ace's products and people currently running the business...I have front/rear bumpers and their trail doors for my JLU I am trading for a Gladiator. I plan to buy some more stuff from them for my Gladiator but we shall see. I looked up Steinjager and...
@ACE Engineering: Have you or are you planning on implementing some of these suggestions into the product? The hinge issue is especially concerning from a safety perspective. I am seriously looking to buy this soon...
