2020 Rubicon with 2" Rusty's Advanced lift and 37x12.50r17 tires, manual transmission, 10k miles. Makes a metallic clunking noise that sounds like it is coming from under the cab near my feet when transferring power on upshift or even without clutch when suddenly apply power in the same gear...

Chasing a clunking noise on up shifts. Everything is tight and no clearance issues I can see. Front Axle is a bit uncentered too (maybe related) going back to get it centered again by alignment shop.

I seem to be getting a clunk in up shifts - MT from 1-2,2-3 after installing my Rusty’s 2” lift (that yielded 3”). Gonna re (re) torque everything, check for driveline play, etc and maybe mount a go pro and drive if I can’t figure it out.

Just got clunking after lift install and alignment. Manual transmission and it really only clunks when up shifting 1-2 ,2-3. Gonna re (re) torque everything and try putting a go pro under while driving to see if I can diagnose.

Aligned. Sits pretty level but looks a little higher up front - optical illusion. Still might settle more When I find some time I’ll do a install video.

Love them. Excellent all around tire. Run pretty true to size - over 36” mounted. Great in snow, rain, trails, rocks. Tough as nails sidewalls. Better than most ATs in the mud and clear pretty well. Getting a little noisier as they wear but very reasonable for a big off road focused tire...

Yesterday. Install a Rusty’s 2” Advanced lift kit. Rides pretty good. Need an alignment to dial in caster and front track bar a bit.

This is what I did too. You have enough room without taking the grill off. Good luck!

looks beefy. Not seeing any instructions / starter measurements for control arms. Maybe my googling skills are lacking? Did you have rough, get you started control arm measurements or instructions from Rusty's. Just wondering. Emailing them now too. thanks

nice. Thanks for posting this. Getting ready to install the 2" Advanced Kit on my Rubi. I'm running the Teraflex 1.5" puck up front - guess I'll plan to keep it and I'm planning to run a Daystar rear 3/4" puck. Hopefully all comes out in the wash.
