Thumbs up except for the wife part.
I start at 10am so miss most of the morning rush and get off at 8 or 9 pm and miss the evening rush so that's good for traffic but bad for breaking up my weekday life into work, work, work.
I like the variety of āNo Duckā stickers shown here.
I donāt mind the ducks but definitely donāt care to get all worked up about giving or getting them. I have about a dozen on my dash and Iām about ready to ditch em all cuz theyāre cluttering up my dash.
the āNo Ducksā stickers look like a...
Today I tackled this boulder in front of my oldest daughterās house.
I tried this about a month ago but didnāt air down. This time I aired down and have since added the Apex Autolynx which gave me more front end traction and I climbed up pretty easily.
check out the extra flex.
My wife...
I just picked this up.
18v 10ā.
Went with this cuz I already have a few ryobi batteries.
My most use is for 6ā or 7ā gathered branches that I could never break by hand.
These do take chain oil and will leak if over oiled or much oil left in the reservoir so shop towels underneath are...
I ended up cutting the head off, pushing the old nut through, and replacing the nut with a serrated flange locknut.
I wasnāt expecting it to grab so good but it seated right in and torqued to spec.
I just put the same tires in the RT version.
From my research I found that the AT is a better overall tire by about 10% but with the RT being better rated in the Offroad rating which is what I have my Gladiator for more than anything. So far they are working great and the road feel is pretty...
For the back story on this.
@mx5red gave me this transfer case skid so I bought the Oil pan and Transmission skid to compliment it. When I went to install I spun one of the weld nuts in the frame and didnāt want to tear into it until I was ready to do the upgrade complete. In the meantime I kept...
If youāve never owned a Jeep before you will be blown away at what your Mojave will do.
Iāve added a 2ā spacer lift, Autolynx, and 35ā tires because along with the BLM and Forest roads I also do a fair amount of rock crawling.
Before you spend a lot on upgrades I would suggest you get out in it...
Iāve got about 4k on mine. I do like them and they run pretty good. The ATs are a better overall tire but I picked the RT because I have my Jeep more for offroading than street driving. The streets are only there to get me to the trails.
Copy that. If I didnāt I would figure that out pretty quick.
We did a partial test on the medium sized rocks at my daughterās house.
The rocks werenāt big enough to get the down side off the ground when locked but when they were unlocked I did feel better traction with no wheel spin on the down...
Got some work done today.
Apex AutoLynx installed
locked down
Extended on flat ground
Rugged Ridge sill guards
Flag stickers
Still working on the spinning frame nut for my aftermarket transfer case skid.
And I fixed the washing machine. (First priority)
