  1. What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

There is a family in my neighborhood that are also Jeep obsessed. Father, mother and adult daughter all drive some variation of a Jeep, in constant rotation. I've never spoken to them, but my wife has on several occasion. In 2018 I bought a Renegade Latitude. They had a 2015 Latitude. In...
  2. Sunrider question for those who have one

My Gladiator is a 2020 and the twill Sunrider was installed by my son in 2021, stays on year around and so far no problems, fit seems good all around and it is as quiet as the panels were when the windows are closed. Sorry for your headaches as the Sunrider is a pricey accessory, I hope this is...
  3. “Death wobble”

My 2020 Overland ended up being the steering damper. No problems since, happened at 11,000 miles and no problems since. Now 27,000 miles.
  4. What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

With our Power Wagon group. We had 2 guys who coated their PW's with LineX. Said that they didn't want to see scratches and small dents.
  5. I'm joining the "aux battery won't charge" club. Should I just delete it?

On my 2020, i think mine just died out. It never complained though, it just quit working. I didnt care as I had no problems and no lights. Just nice nonworking auto stop/start without using any button.
  6. New TSB solution for Pentastar trouble codes, rough idle, and noise

Ran across this thru another channel. Apparently there was a manufacturing issue causing the cam/rocker problems for North American, 3.6 PUGs. For Gladiators it says: 2020-25 Jeep Gladiators made before August 19, 2024...
  7. Traded my 21 Mojave for a 25 Rubicon

You had issues that should've been looked at. My 2020 has over 106000 without those problems.
  8. Stellantis pauses Jeep Gladiator production due to parts issue

That's your Javelin in the image? Looks pretty cool, man.
  9. 3.6 pentastar 2020 major problems - Is the newer engine better in 2025 etc.

So the story is I had lifters replaced at like 60k miles. Then I tried to have them replaced again 20k miles later because they were going out. They didn't have the part in at the time and they said might need new camshaft. So they said to drive it until part comes in. I didn't have another...
  10. First Tow coming up looking for thoughts or opinions

You will be fine. I have a 2020 Rubicon with maxtow. I tow a RV that gets pretty close to that 7000lb max. No problems mountains or the coast. It is pretty flat in Fla. don't worry. You didn't mention whether you have an auto. or stick. Keep an eye on your gauges.

  13. NO START!

2020 JTR 3.6 31k miles. Got in to go to store, would not start. Turns over, but no start. No prior issues. Vehicle Security Warning Light on. Pulled codes on JScan, U1514-87 came up in Advanced Scan which said engine controller secret code - missing. Disconnected battery, checked fuses/relays...
  14. Costco gas and P0340

I use Costco gas Reg Unleaded in my 2020 JTR and I have NO problems, codes or anything negative! It's great gas and has been for decades... yes, I am as old as the dirt at the base of the cross. 😆
  15. Track Bar Fractured

So my Mopar 6 inch lifted 2020 Gladiator’s front track bar broke in half. I was backing up with wheels full left, when I heard it go. I haven’t abused it much off road, moderate rock hopping. I have 34 inch tires with Fox shocks and dual Fox steering stabilizers. I ordered a Synergy adjustable...
  16. OIL, 0-20 or otherwise (couldn't find the other oil threads)

I thought I'd drop a oil analysis report on a JT that has a few miles on it using Valvoline 0W-20 with fairly consistent oil changes. I was looking for a certain thread here about life cycle of 3.6 failures, oil type used ect. I have posted on but not found. So then here is a history for a...
  17. Main battery and Aux Battery replacement write up

I've had the ESS problems twice now. Jeep is a 2020, 115,000 miles. I've always let the ESS do its thing. The first failure was in the early summer of 2025. My jeep would die while sitting at a stop light. Had to have it towed to the dealership. They found both the main and aux batteries...
  18. Official EcoDiesel Oil and Filter Recommendations

Oh, you got the Ram. I thought you were talking about the Gladiator. The Ram has no problems towing heavy loads and oil temps. The smaller grille opening in the Jeep and tight engine bay is what causes the high oil temps in the Gladiator. I also do a lot of towing with our 2020 Ram EcoDiesel.
