Hello,
I also use the redtiger f7n I used the dongar power adapter that uses the power mirror harness to give the dashcam power for a more sleeker look. With the f7n you connect to the dashcam seamlessly via their app and there’s no need to remove the sd card for footage
Thanks for the response. Yeah, I see tons of people with the ExPass transponders mounted on the windshield, but I had read the PA law a while ago when I first started researching to buy and was concerned. And you're right, is it even enforced. Both my Gladiator and my husband's RubiconX have...
Is it realistically even enforced? I live in Delaware with a similar law and have mine mounted on the windshield. See a bazillion people every day on my work commute to PA with windshield mounted dashcam. Never mind ignoring how many mount their EzPass transponders in the same area but that is ok?
Does anyone have a suggestion for a dashcam that can be mounted on the dashboard itself, or on a multi-accessory rail? I live in Pennsylvania and state law does not allow for dashcams to be mounted on the windshield. Many US states have this same law. I am having a really hard time finding...

...clean ride is nice, but a muddy, scratched, trail-tested Jeep? That’s a badge of honor. The mud washes off, but the memories stay with your dashcam. We’ve seen it come back from the trails looking like they survived a war: caked in mud, dented bumpers, brush scratches down the side. But with...
...on the lot over 90 days to avoid lot rot.
No other problems with the Gladiator before this.
Only two changes have been made; I hardwired a dashcam to the aux switches power line under the passenger footwell. No problems noted. App continued to work. I installed a 115V bed plug. Worked fine...
I looked at one of his other videos for the Zautomotive aux switch and panel install - and for just those switches, he showed you can get by without pulling the top off - there's enough flex in that grab handle area. So a person could take the left end of the handle and knob piece loose, wire it...
I went through the same issue when I wanted to tap into the 12VDC power outlet jack in the center console to run my dashcam power. I did not find a specific A to Z video for the lower center console but found a couple of audio related videos that showed enough bits and pieces to figure it out...
...camera systems.
I don't really care about recording the video, but guess that could be an option. Maybe even a 4 camera system with one facing forward for those that want a dashcam. But not mounted to the back of the screen.
I would probably mount the screen to an overead molle panel or...

Just a picture is all that's created.
