Finally took the boat out of our lake and to the local river. It was about 60 miles round trip, with some interstate, some back roads, and some small town. Averaged about 13 mpg with the A/C running. Truck handled and rode well. It doesn't have the power that my old ecoboost had, but still fine.
I have the Rubicon. I removed the seat back molles section. They side upward with clips into the seat frame, then have 2 screws at the bottom to hold them in. Don't know if that helps, but hopefully a step forward.
At home, I disconnected the door on drivers side. Warning lights no longer appear. I seem to have a loose wire in the door wiring harness connection. Plugged in, I can get it to work properly, but any movement and I lose auto park and was.
Doesn't seem to be an ecu issue.
I don't advocate debt at all. You should look at a lease. Sounds like you trade often. Lease could be your faster way to get out of negative equity if you must get a different car. Otherwise, pay off you current suv and don't be a slave to dealers.
They found a code, but can’t find the issue. They had it all day, but only spent a small amount of time on it. I picked it up as the dealer is planning to close for a week due to virus.
On Monday morning, got a message in center for auto park failure and then the ess failure light with message. Everything else was fine, no cel. Took it to the dealer, they called and said it was a door switch. Still waiting for it to be repaired. I will follow up if it is something else.
Where did you source the laquerstick? I was familiar with the white out. I am planning to get the letters white, I don't think red would look that great.
I just ordered the redarc from etrailer over the phone. Everything showed up and I installed. I wanted to mount it next to the light control panel, left of the steering wheel/blinker, but that wouldn't work due to mounting limitations. I saw a JL with a Curt controller there, but figured it...
I like that bumper, I’m concerned about how close it is to the fender. I have a rubicon and assume there will be more space. Do you have any clearance issues with the fenders?
I bought cloth and then installed leather from katzkins. I didn’t like the only 2 options of leather from Jeep. Very happy with my color selection and the product. Not to mention that it was cheaper too.
Are you trying to compare the 5" or 7" radio to the 8.4"? Navigation is only on the 8.4", so for sure you get that. The Alpine upgrade is "better" speakers and a sub.
When I looked at Sport S, to get the 8.4", the 7.0 upgrade was required first, then the 8.4". The end result was a lot of...
Andriod Auto can provide your navigation on the 7" display. As of now, the 7" display does not do navigation on it's on. The GPS input is for Sirius/XM and to update your compass (if you have it).
Aftermarket or upgrade to 8.4" to get nav.
