Built my own cart. I tried the wall hangers and just didnt like them.

I have both the ones for the doors and both sides of the console. I like both sets. The one for the right side of the console dod eventually need a single screw to keep it attached. Pretty inexpensive additions that work well. I also have the door versions for the rear doors.

I didn’t “NEED” the Gladiator to start with....I wanted it with the bells and whistles I ”wanted”.....

I wanted tan interior and color matched top (white, blue or red)and fenders.....there was ONE in all of Florida....my white Overland.

Mine takes 2 pulleys. One above the top and one on the wall or ceiling above the winch To make the turn.

I load tested mine by grabbing the cross bar and doing a few pull-ups and then had my wife joint my 200+ lb ass up off the ground with it....the disclaimer is from the lawyers. If it will do a 1200 lb plus horizontal pull it’ll do a 2-300 lb vertical pull very easily.

I liked the Harbor Freight Winch with the 8 foot remote cord. It allows me to stand next to the top while raising or lowering and guide it EXACTLY where I want it to land. The wall mount and pulleys actually gave me more clearance with a really low (8’) ceiling in my garage.
