Looks great.
Curious, it's it hard to install and remove? Or is it more "permanent-like"
Reason I ask, I switch between roll up cover and full soft topper often during the camping season. Dogs ride in back under the topper. The mopar roll up is super easy to take off and put on when needed...
Sure sounds like the tow pkg to me. I don't know for certain if there's anything else.
Just note a trailer brake controller is NOT part of the tow package or willys. You should get one if you plan on towing a lot
I have close to 1100 payload, maybe 1065 or something like that
I didn't realize the sport was that much higher! Oh well, willys has been more than sufficient for my needs

Put that url in with your vin after the equal sign. On mine, 240amp and trailer tow pkg, 7pin/4pin under "optional equipment"
Although it also says tow package on my window sticker.
I have the same door hooks. Love the color match be divider. I agree love the 41 color.
Might I suggest

I manually shift if it's hilly and generally works well. I've seen no difference at all with higher octane going thru Indiana and Ohio, didn't seem worth it. It also usually costs at least 15-20% more so you're not gaining anything other than possibly fewer stops if that's the concern.

I tow a 24', 4500lb loaded trailer with a mostly stock '21 willys. Added mopar brake controller, and use e2 wdh.
Very happy with this setup. Been from Chicago to Maine a few times, thru the Poconos. Also down to the smokies.
As others mentioned, payload is the limiting factor. All the gear is...
My camper is about 5k max when loaded. short answer, no haven't changed anything from factory tow page (not max tow)
However I'm considering air bags and maybe sumo springs just to help the back sag and some of the bounciness.
But we've gone quite a ways without, more of just ride comfort...
Same! A little pricy but I really like how well they match. Company really put a lot of effort into making them feel as if they were oem.
Great for water bottles and the like especially in road trips. The kids get a lot of use out of the back ones as well
I have these for doors off. Haven't used towing but they are bigger than stock and give a really nice view i think they'd work well for towing. I tow a camper as well but never done with no doors. I use the rampage tow mirrors for jk wrangler with adapters for towing

Is there harm or hazard to starting the truck while trickle charging thru the 7pin? Either accidentally or remote start? I assume not but want to confirm rather than blow up my garage
Got these delivered 11 days ago. Works well for my situation. Been too cold last few days but garage will be heated next year (charger says don't use below -4F, i don't want to risk it)

Yea makes sense. I'm only doing 14mi every 12 hours really.
Really odd though, the issue i had and what got me to the path of getting a charger, is ess failing to start the engine at a stoplight near the tail end of a road trip, followed by "service ess system" warning. It was at least 150...
I don't live that far north, and also will use in a temp controlled garage so not a concern for me personally
Question is really just confirming if this will work. It seems almost too simple tbh
did a decent amount of research and shopping around, can anyone offer an opinion on my plans for battery maintainer/charger setup i'm considering. my thinking is to get these 3 items, and hookup the noco charger via the 7pin trailer plug. before i burn my garage down, is this going to work...
Agree on the rear ones. I didn't install rivnets or bolts there as I wanted those holes for light wiring. Plenty strong with just the side screws in the already welded in nuts
Yea agree not enough regularly.
Truck basically wouldn't come up after ess at a stoplight. This was near the end of a 350 mi drive. Then error "service ess system". And an amber ess symbol with exclamation point, above the fuel gauge.
Next time I started, no issues at all. Ess and everything...
