Absolutely inflation. I feel bad for renters because inflationary costs in rent are felt when a lease is renewed. Sometimes inflationary rent increases can run up to a year behind. The butchers bill is coming due in 2023.

You can easily put a camper on your land and use it until you build. I wouldn't sleep in the truck on a regular basis. Bumper pull campers are really cheap. Put a metal awning over it and you will have less problems.

I’d like to see the backseat setup on the GM twins. Rear leg and shoulder room, rear a/c vents, arm rear, fold with flat fish floor or storage? Fold down for flat deck? I haven’t seen a single video or picture of the 23 back seat.

The GM is only 1" longer, the 3' is the wheelbase. Gives it less frontal overhang.

Honestly it will likely run well unless you inadvertently put bad diesel or DEFl in it. I think a fair number of the issues have come from poor diesel and poor DEF outside the owners control. If you are getting diesel from remote or wet locations I’d worry a bit more and stay on top of checking...

Seems like when the new monthly order guide comes out (August) it will have a few extra things in it and what is actually available at that time. The Freedom trim and specialty colors will or in some cases will not appear in one of the monthly updates and be available to order.
