So far so good, it seems to be corrected.
The service tech said it had a very slight amount of play compared to a new truck on their lot. Mine only had 4000 miles and was in four wheel drive once with the locker locked.
Not sure if things have been worked out for you. I thought I'd list what was done for mine. They replaced the front axle intermediate shaft bushing and greased. Replaced R/F axle seal.
It's a $9 plastic piece that keeps the male and female ends of the shaft from vibrating/grinding together.
I've got a random vibration in mine. Its random, last about a second, and varies in "firmness". It feels like driving over rumble strips. It's so random...different speeds and surfaces. Haven't driven in 4wd to see if it happens.
The dealer adjusted the alignment and a wheel weight first...
I've had a similar issue with my Gladiator. I get a random vibration that resembles driving over small rumble strips. This happens at random times but seems to be more and more often. I took it into the dealer and they just said it needs a new actuator.
We'll see if that fixes the issue on Friday.
I've been having a similar issue as of late. It seems to have started once I tried out the lockers on a snow bank. Now I get a random vibration from the driveline somewhere. Its random and lasts about a second, kind of like driving over rumble strips.
I'm taking it into the dealer Friday to...
I'm not sure if this has been talked about but our temperature gauge is seldom right. Today the wife gets in after work and its 36 degrees out. The truck when started says 52. This has happened most days and affects the heated steering wheel and seats on colder days.
Anyone else experience this...
Bacon arrived today. Got the name while watching Varsity Blues. Dealer sent a pic fresh off the delivery truck. We will be picking it up Wednesday. Was planning on the Mopar 2 inch lift but may be second guessing it now.
I love how it looks so far.
Ordered JTR October 1st. Was recently told ship date of October 22.
Once at dealer I'm having the mopar 2 inch lift installed. I think my wife is as excited as I am.
No pics but I finally saw some today. One was red in the parking lot at The Four Seasons hotel on Miscauno Island in Wisconsin. The second was a silver one on hwy 141 north of Crivitz, Wisconsin.
