Does anyone know what the ābook timeā says is allocated for labor time to remove and replace the HPF pump, assuming it did not fail and cause all sorts of damage?
My absolute favorite Jeep color was āDetonator Yellow,ā š although that was on my Wrangler Rubicon JK. Has not (yet) shown up on our beloved Gladiās, but perhaps it will sometime in the (distant) future. Albeit, I will hopefully have my CT3 by then!š¤¦āāļø
If this is the case, why are we fretting so darn much about the fuel pump? Looks like if this sample is reasonably accurate, then we have a probability of NOT having a pump failure of 96.4%! Almost more chance of having a heart attack rolling down the road, yet here we are, worrying more about...
So, is the 4% failure rate for folks not using additives, whereas failure rate for those using additives is one-half of 1%? Thanks for the clarification!
I also have 2+ feet of snow in our driveway. My 2021 JTRD is running BFG 37X12.50R17 KM3 mudders. AT's are great, and actually better, for traction on ice and/or on compact snow vs/ mudders. But, for very deep snow, IMHO, mudders are King!
I've got a 2022 JTRD with 37's (BFG 37x12.50x17 KM3's, and 2 inch Mopar lift, dealer installed, plus 4.88, dealer installed) , runs in 8th gear on the freeway, all the time, even uphill, at 75 mph+. Runs right at 2,000 rpm at 68 mph. Love it. Beautiful! Wouldn't bother with 4.56. This suits me...
Typically, mods will decrease trade-in values. You may want to strip it down to pure factory stock before you trade it in, and see if you can get whatever nbr of cents on the dollar on Craigs List, etc. This is what I plan to do with my 2022 JTRD, as soon as I get the beautiful email from Tesla...
I have both wings mounted, and don't want to remove them (need to be in place in my state to be legal). Also, I had a similar arrrangement on my 2020 Shelby Ford Baja Raptor truck, and the plate was downtilted, albeit not as much as yours. I got pulled over and warned that it was "...not readily...
Hey, Guys!
I recently had my new (just delivered) 2021 JTDR totally built by my Jeep dealer (to the max!), but now with my front mounted 12k Warn winch on the stock Rubicon factory front steel modular bumper, there appears to be no convenient place to (conveniently/easily) mount a license plate...
Thanks, Mastermind! I searched all over the place, but No Joy. Thanks to you, now Iām home free! This is one of the big reasons I love this forum so much. Super great place to get needed info, and the ppl here are very generous with sharing their kind help!
How do you check the level of DEF in the Gladiator diesel? I take it there is no DEF level gauge in the vehicle? Do you run it until you get the warning light, then make sure to fill it immediately? Thanks!
