in my case, my issue had nothin to do with the dealer. It was directly with Jeep Cares where they advised they will cover a service but they went back against their word.

I have tried multiple times to work through this with Jeep Cares and was unsuccessful so I will pass on that.

In this particular case, it was Jeep Cares' fault more than the dealer's fault which is rare. Funny thing is that the amount they scammed me out of has been less than the amount they have lost because I have been able to talk family members out of buying a Jeep. I am currently in the market...

Jeep cares is one of the more useless features of owning a Jeep. I had to deal with them couple years ago and it was one of worse experiences ever. It's because of Jeep Cares that my current Jeep will be my last one.

I put a G900 in my Jeep few months ago and overall it's not bad. My only issue is that the power button rattles like crazy. I had to put a tape over it. Additionally, the front camera will be partially blocked if you have the auto cruise control. The housing blocks a good portion of the picture...

Not really surprising. I have gone to 3 different Jeep dealers around the Bay area and none of them were any good. And before someone mentions Jeep cares, don’t wast your time with the either. They are worse than their dealerships.

Mine had a crack in the exact same spot. I took it to the dealer and they said warranty doesn't cover it.

I just don't get why my MPG is so sh*tty. Mine on average is 13mpg and I don't think I have seen 15mpg. I am on 37s with 5.13 gears. Could something be wrong or most likely, I am the issue.
