  1. Rock Hard aluminum vs. Steel front bumper

Not sure how I would feel if I planned mounting a winch on it, but since I just have a couple lights and stick to fire roads/camping I'll be fine.
  2. Confirmed: Gladiator 4xe coming in 2025. JT Gladiator production continues into 2028

It is surprising that it didn't start that way instead of the complexity of current hybrids. Ford even had that patent for the Lightning right away for a removable "range extender" for the bed
  3. Mojave Owners with new front bumpers

Rock Hard 4x4 Aluminum Stubby to keep the weight down, has its own skid.
  4. NorCal Gladiator Folk?

Hey welcome to the forum, pretty sure I've seen your truck around town.
  5. Anyone here done a bobber?

I agree, and I've seen that they tow their equipment trailer to shows with it. While I feel it "should" be fine, my insurance would probably not agree.
  6. Anyone here done a bobber?

The problem I've run in to is the hitch they have for the bobbed bed isn't certified for towing. My current trailer is about 5500lbs loaded and I wouldn't pull that with a non certified trailer.
  7. Anyone here done a bobber?

Hmm, if I could get the wife to tow this with her Wrangler while I tow the big trailer, then I could still do the bobbed bed and we'd have enough sleeping room for the family.
  8. Anyone here done a bobber?

I've got a year or two on my lease to figure it out. If I'm remembering the rack dimensions right, it would need a little more than a foot cut off the fit on the bobbed bed. That would give me quite a bit of overhang. I have the 23Zero Armadillo A2 right now. I'd also still need to be able to...
  9. Anyone here done a bobber?

I like the bobbed bed option, but would have to reconfigure my current bed rack and tent situation. I don't know if I'm ready for that kind of investment lol
  10. Renogy LiFePO House (Dual) Battery Install

Nice setup. Hope you like the Opus, I saw one in person for the first time last week and it was pretty cool. We have an OBI Dweller 13' that I'm wanting to upgrade the electrical on, first step might just be going from AGM to LiFePo4 batteries.
  11. Xtrusion-overland XTR-1

I'm able to run a longer rack because it's mounted to the rails and not the mounting points in the bed
  12. Xtrusion-overland XTR-1

I love the Xtrusion-Overland rack combined with the X4S. I'm still running it mounted to the X4S rails and have had no issues with movement even after adding a 200lbs+ tent to the top.
  13. Sanctuary build

Got the steps powder coated, and mounted to the truck. Turned out nice.
  14. Xtrusion-overland XTR-1

Mine is 21". It's about 1" shorter than the soft top.
  15. Sanctuary build

    I believe I have the 21" rack.
  16. Sanctuary build

Finally got my setps welded up and did a test fit. Will get them powder coated soon
  17. Having it all - JTRD sun buggy, trail rig and overlander

If you decide to upgrade to a dc/dc charger and lithium battery, I went with the KickAss battery box and a 100ah battery. It runs our 63L ARB fridge for almost a week without any charge. I haven't gotten a solar panel yet, but it comes pre-wired for everything and you just hook up to it with...
  18. Sanctuary build

Yea, without a tonneau that has T slot rails the size is a bit short. Because mine was mounted to my BAK Revolver it is a bit longer I think 52 or 54" overall
  19. Sanctuary build

Yea, limits of the current strut setup. Might have to adjust length and position if I want to get a different height on them.
