  1. Kenda Klever R/T KR601 35x10.50R17

I know you weren't asking me, but I have a '21 Willys with the Kenda 35x10.5 tires and a 1.5" level. No rubbing with stock wheels. I don't have spacers so I can't answer that, but spacers shouldn't negatively affect anything either.
  2. Land Cruiser Pricing announced.

Wife has fallen in love with the Lexus version, the GX. I'm sure by the time all is said and done, those will be minimum $80k..
  3. DEAL OVER - Walmart Tire Deals 2023 - They're at it again... again

I actually should drop mine another 1-2 psi as well per the chalk test, until I read this completely forgot I'd meant to do that. I plan on going to Holly Oaks off-road Park in June of this year, that will be my real test on how they perform off-road, I have no doubt they're going to perform...
  4. DEAL OVER - Walmart Tire Deals 2023 - They're at it again... again

I'm incredibly happy with them! We've had three massive snow storms and they've vastly exceeded my expectations. 2600 miles on them so far, 0 signs of wear. Running 30psi Literally the only drawback is the road noise, but even that is completely drowned out with the radio at highway speeds.
  5. STING GRAY Gladiator JT Club

Thanks! i've always loved the look of aggressive skinny tires, and with how well they've been handling this winter I'm going to stick with them
  6. Throwback Thursday!!! Let's see those trade-ins vs what you have now photos!!!

Traded my 2013 Land Rover LR4. Although I love my Gladiator, I still miss that thing quite a bit. If it wasn't for the consistently terrible MPG and mileage related issues popping up, I'd say it's the perfect DD.
  7. We want to hear from you! - JeepCares

I think a lot of people are forgetting that all car manufacturers are bound by the idiotic laws imposed by our idiot politicians. MPG requirements are likely dictating that ESS is here to stay. Same thing probably explains why there's no V8 option; just like every other midsize truck is stuck...
  8. am I doing something wrong in snow/ice Winter driving?

That's fair, I should have specified lol I miss my '13 LR4 quite a bit, thing was an unstoppable tank
  9. am I doing something wrong in snow/ice Winter driving?

30 psi in my 35's, and this truck handles nearly as well as my Land Rover with ATs did. And that's pretty high praise in my opinion, because there are very few things on this planet that handle snow as well as a Land Rover.
  10. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Changed fluids in both diffs (41,000 miles). Rear fluid was dark as expected, LOT of sludge on the drain plug which I also expected from watching other videos given it has an LSD. Front fluid looked brand new, definitely wasted my time and money on that one lol Also scheduled a drop off to...
  11. 2022 Rubicon daily driver

Daily driver - 35s if you're at all concerned about MPG. To fit 35s on a Rubi you don't need a lift, and even stock it can handle quite a bit off road. 35s you also don't need to worry about regearing. So my advice, if you're wanting to keep MPGs somewhat reasonable, and keep those comfortable...
  12. "Chunky" 6MT shifting?

And now that I think about it, powertrain warranty should be 5yr/100k. I'll go have a chat with the service dept and see what they have to say about it
  13. "Chunky" 6MT shifting?

Not sure if this will help with a diagnosis or not, because I fear it's my synchros.. Got into the truck today, turned off. Pushed lever into 1st, very clunky feeling, didn't force it. Pushed lever into 2nd, very clunky feeling Double clutched and it went smoothly into 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc...
  14. "Chunky" 6MT shifting?

I'm experiencing some intermittent "rough" shifting in my 6MT Gladiator. I did a trans fluid change with OEM fluids around 30k miles, and then swapped that fluid with Redline fluids (appropriate spec), which briefly helped the issue as well, but now at 40k it's back basically how it was. PS...
  15. Looking for help with yellow driving lights for snow

I don't think mine would qualify as I have the Sport lights :/ It is very cool that they're doing that though!
  16. Looking for help with yellow driving lights for snow

I have two Baja Designs LED Squadron driving/combo lights. These are spot/flood combos. So far I'm really happy with them, and they're mounted on my front bumper. Light output is really good, and I've used them in snow and fog multiple times.
  17. Car Seat in the Gladiator - Tips and Tricks

Right now we have this rotating car seat behind the passenger for my 1.5 year old. Plenty of room on the passenger side, I had my 6'4 brother over there when we took a 2hr trip up north. His knees were *just* touching the dash/grab bar. Imminently, baby #2 is going to be here and that one...
  18. Tire Size Opinions Please

2021 Willys, 1.5" level, and I run 35x10.5x17 tires on stock wheels. Fits perfectly, no rubbing. That being said, you do notice the drop off in performance going to a larger, heavier tire. These were never fast vehicles anyway, but you'll be able to tell. I would 100% do it again and I think...
  19. Traction boards - worth hauling or forget about it?

I drive around with an empty bed 95% of the time anyway, so in the winter months I toss them in because why the hell not? Someday I might need them, but more likely I'll lend them to some stranger that thinks "all season" tires are adequate in 12" of snow.
