What are you using against the back wall? Did you remove any of the panels etc from the back wall or simply just cover over them? Do you have the speaker(s)? Do you notice the sound being overly effected by the changes? Thanks for sharing!

We leave them out but put the ‘extenders’ on which also make lining up to the hinges easier
