thanks for posting this. Looks like you have some great feedback on the scout. I've been considering the scout, but have been concerned about the weight for it's size. Also, i have a roofnest Sparrow XL that i have considered relocating over to the Scout, but im thinking i will have to offset it...

@udrugby09 i have a little over 6K on the ACT clutch and Pro-Mass fly wheel, and i can say it's without a doubt one of the best improvments over stock that i have done to the JT (thats my youtube video review above). ACTs increased clamp load for torque capacity and heat capacity will be a great...
If you’re one of the many thousands of manual JL/JT’s and your experiencing issues with the factory clutch, and/or you're looking for peace of mind over the factory clutch, this new clutch from ACT with their Pro-Mass flywheel is incredible!! I love it!! Here’s my 5000 mile evaluation...

I absolutely love the ride quality of mine.. it’s a hybrid 2” MOPAR + 3/4” spring spacer front and rear. If you want to level with the MOPAR you need 1.5” spacer in front as the MOPAR lift retains factory 1.5”-2” forward rake… Depending on what model JT you have, some have gotten 3”+ out of this...
Torque lower to 15 ft.lb to set taper
Top ball joint: 52-59 ft. Lbs.
Retorque Bottoms ball joint: 30-37 ft. Lbs. and then advance the nut slot to line up with the cotter pin hole.
My manual JT does this after I’ve been sitting for a period Time, and almost always first thing in the morning releasing the clutch in first gear at about 5mph… thump!
Word for Word this is exactly what has been happening to my Manuel Rubicon… Started noticing the foil drive selector flickering and intermittent service four-wheel-drive with a swaybar disconnect note. I am at approximately 47,000 miles and no issues to date. Has this issue presented itself...
just curious where you are measuring from. If you are measuring from the fenders to the ground that will give you an incorrect rake measurement. You should measure from the ground to the rocker panel/rock rail in front of the rear wheel and behind the front wheel. I have a Rubicon which has 2"...
Incredible write up, thanks for taking the time to do this… I had considered doing something similar but got under the hood and started looking at the fuse panel to see if I can do a wire tap to an applicable fuse that operates the bed lights.. F26 (40a green) does exterior lights, but...
Thanks for the reply, you had the exact same concerns about the attenuator as i did prior to purchase. Is it really worth the money??? When i installed that lift, no one knew that off camera i had the synergy trackbar bracket sitting in a box waiting to be installed, BUT i didn't install it. I...
5-7 deg caster is ideal.. anything more than 7deg and you’ll potentially bind your front driveshaft ujoint. Attached is my alignment spec sheet. With the mopar kit LCA’s paired with the control arm relocation bracket I’m at a perfect 6.5deg caster and it tracks incredible. You just need to dial...
