Mopar trying to follow the footsteps of AEV looks like. I'm over Mopar lifts after them continuously charging rape prices for the standard 2" lift for no reason. Literally went from 1400$ to around 2200$.

No telling how much they'll rape for these new ones. I'll stick to AEV who went with Bilstein long before.
Power Wagons always came with Bilstein's. Nothing else. They're not a bad oem on them.

Be interesting to see what a comparable shock is from Bilstein's site (above post) At the low end you would pay 270 x 4 (1080.00) just for shocks. If you been running the Mopar lifts for 2-3-4 years and wanted to stick with it, 2 grand isn't that bad to freshen up. Might be worth a call to Bilstein though to see what they say, maybe just buy shocks and safe some cash???

The Fox seem fine for me but the co-pilot has other opinions. I am temped to do one of the two options above, but also I am considering going with some of the non-Mopar kits in a 3 or 3.5.

""specially tuned"" Bilstein 46-millimeter monotube shocks with remote reservoirs.

Do you put much stock in ""corporate collaboration"" at the low end here? Shocks will probably be available from Mopar soon without the kit??

If you go just for shocks for around $1080.00..... How much more to get some of the adjustable remote reservoirs? I was shopping at one time but think I saw around $3K to make it happen?

Maybe it's time to looks into a lift kit again, I was looking for the "old" MOPAR kit 2 years ago but as it's wasn't available for a while (JTRD) I dropped that project for other things 🤷‍♂️

The interesting thing to me is these say they will fit the Mojave when the old lift did not. A 2” (probably still a 1” for Mojave) lift plus a possible cure for the squeaky Fox shocks sounds like it might be a good option.

Also surprised to see they fit a Mojave. The shock bolt diameter on the Mojave’s is larger than all other models. Had to deal with this difference on my own Mojave back in 2021 when I ordered a AEV 2” spacer lift.

The Fox shock on my Mojave are amazing.........the Fox shocks on our JLUR w/ Mopar 2" lift.......hot trash

The shocks were the main reason I choose the AEV lift over the Mopar one. Glad to see Jeep finally ditching the $hitty Fox ”branded” shocks.

About time Jeep dumped the Fox shocks. Under dampened limp noddle's.
I agree ... I've been running the 2.0's and recently installed an Evo lift that came with Bilstein's. IMO the ride is improved with the Bilstein's. They are a bit harsher on the high frequency bumps, but better everywhere else and the rig drives more sure footed.

I originally had a Mopar kit on order ... after 2+ months and their inability to deliver moved me over to an Evo kit. After installing the Evo and completing all of the geometry adjustments it made me realize how incomplete the Mopar kit really is. You do need adjustable track bars (front/rear) and adjustable front lower and rear upper control arms to really fine tune your pinyon angles.
