If anyone is wondering, here's the components I used.
Extrusion was all ordered through tnutz.com. I catch a break on shipping because they're only about 100 miles from me. Invoice at the bottom.
Hardware:
spot-weld nuts...
Alright. So, Life happens and I just got my rack put together... Pretty happy with the results.
Here's a few pics:
I'll post up some details if anyone is interested...
Just curious about "rolled up behind it". Mind if I ask what tonneau do you have?
I just got my Bak X4S installed and was hoping this tent might work with it rolled up to the cab.
Thanks
My new 2022 Overland started showing almost identical behavior last week, at around 1100 miles...
First thrown a solid CEL that stayed on through several off/on cycles, and an overnight cooldown.
Light was on when I pulled into dealership the following afternoon. They said it was off when they...
I did a lot of sorting a couple of years ago, and came up with this Jayco:

4,235 lbs dry... No slideouts/tipouts help keep the weight down...
My Max Tow pulled it no problem at all, with a brake controller and a weight...
Just waiting on an order from Grainger with some longer cap screws. The 1/2 inch I ordered wouldn't -quite- work... and for sure didn't leave me thread room for a lock washer, as I wanted to use... Might have things together later this week...
Okay...
I was -today- years old when I found out there was a bottom mount point on the grab handles, and not just the top...
I mean it makes sense when you think about it but...
SMDH...
This post put a hurt on my wallet :)
I've got a X4s on the way, and an order into Tnutz...
I'm going with the 1530 stock, and the four-hole gussets, as I'm planning to run 24" uprights for an over-cab kayak rack...
I'll get some pics when everything comes in...
I just traded in my 2020 Sport S Max Tow. Purchased in June, 2019. About 28,500 miles on the clock. Probably a couple thousand towing a 27 foot Jayco JayFlight trailer weighing about 4300 pounds (with a weight distribution hitch).
In that time, the truck was given gas, oil, and one new set of...
Can't take credit. There was a thread on the Wrangler forum a ways back. Someone had linked it here. I came across it in my searching.
When I saw that HD had it on sale right now, I figured it was a sign :)
Hey folks,
So, I pulled the hardtop off the new Snozzberry this weekend. Because, of course I did: hottest day of the year here so far? PERFECT! Anyway...
This was my first time swapping from a hardtop to the softtop, or pulling the hardtop at all... I never had the soft top for my old Max Tow...
The outside temps showing on the system in their on-the-lot pictures made me think that this truck had been onhand since maybe April? The dealership is a bit out-of-the-way... Might have been the only snazberry Overland I saw locally available...
Took a while for this kit to come about... Was on my "I should do that" list for a while...
Just a heads-up, there are some threads on here in the forums that seemed to read its a bear to install, particularly if you have big ham-hands like mine... And then you need to have a dealership who can...
I put in about 60 miles so far on the Overland... It's difficult to say for sure, but I -feel- like the Overland has a softer ride, and a bit sharper handling... Could just be confirmation bias tho :)
I wouldn't call it night-and-day difference by any means...
From my recollection, it wasn't available on the first round of 2020 Sport S Max Tow... There wasn't any technical reason for it, but FCA wouldn't let the packages be added to each other for some reason on ordering... It was just salt in the wound when it became available down the road :)
Every time I've had my hands full and had to juggle things to grab my keys, it made me grit my teeth.
It was probably such a sore spot because I didn't understand the difference between the "remote keyless entry" and "proximity remote keyless entry" until the day I picked up the Max Tow and it...
Traded in my 2020 Sport S Max Tow today, with just over three years behind the wheel.
Picked up a 2022 Overland in snazzberry.
I can -finally- stop regretting not having the proximity unlock function :)
