  1. Rear Fender "Chop"

Used mostly the original hardware and a few nuts and bolts that were supplied with inner fender liners, but also used some 3M double sided foam tape to fill a gap between flare and that extra lower back piece. Has held up great in all weather.
  2. 38" tires fit!!

Here is a pic of trimmed inner brace
  3. 38" tires fit!!

Sorry I don’t. I kept a small piece of the brace that connects the two and used existing connectors, new plastic rivets and some 3M double sided tape to secure parts. Want to avoid trying to fuse them or put a couple screws in. So far they are holding together great.
  4. 38" tires fit!!

I trimmed part of the removed lower rear section of rear flares and reinstalled to cover the gap. Much more finished appearance
  5. 38" tires fit!!

    Yes I did.
  6. Gladiators on Mopar 2" Lift Kit

My Sport S 2” mopar lift with 3/4” front leveling spacers. Rubicon chopped fenders. 38”13.5/r17 Milestar Patagonia tires on Quadratec Rubicon Xtreme Wheel 17x9 with 4.75” backspace
  7. Gears for 37" tires

I’m running 4.56 gears with 38” tires (measure more like 37.5”) on my gladiator with a 6 speed manual. I did the calculations and I is very close to the same as when it had 31.5” tires and 3.73 gears. I feels very similar shifting and driving. Holds its speed very well on the highway. Runs...
  8. 38" tires fit!!

I was running 37’s on my Sport S 6 speed manual with the original 3.73 gears. And no lift. It wasn’t too bad but could never use 6th gear. Finally got around to putting in 4.56 gears and that made a huge difference in starting off in first. After that I decided to get 38” tires and the...
  9. Rear Fender "Chop"

I upgraded my Sport S with the 2 piece rubicon fenders so I could do the fender chop. I also installed the Quake LED fender lights and Artec aluminum inner fender liners. I was not happy with the gap on the back of the rear fender so I trimmed off a piece of the fender extension and...
  10. Bed mounted spare tire ideas - Rugged Ridge and Others

I mounted my 38x13.5/R17 spare on top of my Diamondback HD box cover. It is rated for 1600 pounds so it supports spare with no problem. It is mounted on the forward opening and doesn’t interfere with rear opening. I mounted it with a custom fabricated single point mount made from steel gas...
  11. 37” spare tire - list of tires that fit under the bed

I’ve been running 37x12.5 R18 Kanati Trail Hog A/T’s on my Gladiator for last few months. Have them mounted on some 18” wheels from a 2016 Wrangler Sahara. After reading a few treads on here I ordered a 5th tire for a spare. It was a tight squeeze but fit.
  12. Anyone else running 285/75 r18 on stock wheels?

Not to worried about rubbing, my off-roading is minimal. 4WD will be used mostly in winter on mountain roads. I am considering a 1” level kit for front end. Love the feel of duratracs, had them on my JKU and found the ride smooth and not too noisy. Worked great in the winters. As a side I’m...
  13. Anyone else running 285/75 r18 on stock wheels?

It was one of the only ways to get the height with narrow footprint. I actually had same Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac size 315/70 r17’s on my JKU and liked the ride. And as a matter of fact these feel better on the Gladiator.
  14. Anyone else running 285/75 r18 on stock wheels?

Thanks, I’m considering a 1” front level kit. I don’t mind the look right now though.
  15. Anyone else running 285/75 r18 on stock wheels?

I have a Sport S, it came with the 245/75 r17. I initially upgraded to some 285/70 r17 (33”) BFGoodrich KO’s and liked the look but wanted to go bigger but not wider. I decided on 285/75 R18 (35”) Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac. Found some used 2019 Sahara 18” wheels cheap and had the new tires...
