none of the above. I edited my original post - sorry it wasn't more clear!
I'm talking about the tool (3 or 4 pc rod) that you have to get from under the rear seat (strapped to the OEM jack) that operates the winch to lower the spare.
Hey all - is there a simple tool that replaces the winch rod tool I can buy instead of pulling out the jack and spare tire kit from under the seat every time I want to rotate tires? Its a PITA to get the stuff out, but more importantly it isn't really sturdy enough for frequent use (the square...
Hey all - I figure some of you guys and gals are also business owners and I wanted to put this opportunity out there. I'm an affiliate of a very reputable company that helps businesses claim their Employee Retention Credit (ERC) which can amount to up to $26k per W2 employee for 2020 and 2021...
Who here has these 13.5" mounted in the spare slot and can share photos? Please also share what lift and offset you have! Trying to see if mine will fit ;) I still have 5k of tread left so hoping to learn from you all first!
Not sure what you’re seeing exactly. The paint around the bolt is chipping away and the arm just has a little nick from a rock or something that took some paint off. But no crack I can see :)
Thanks for all the replies everyone, however, I'm not looking for opinions on other setups. Going back to the original question - has anyone gone from a Synergy brace to the Metalcloak? I'd love to hear actual experiences with the MC setup...
I've had my Synergy for quite some time now and while I've been generally been happy with it, I have not been able to keep it stable. I it needs to be retorqued (the 3/8? bolt that holds the shaft bearing housing) every 1500-2000 miles. Steering gets noticeably loose and then I have to go down...
Zero regrets on my setup! I put on 2.5” with 3/4” spacer and line extensions in the rear to offset the RLD cap weight. Adjustable shocks are a must now that I’ve had them. Soft on the trails and stiff when long windy highway runs. Somewhere in the middle for daily driving.
